We got there, very excited.. checked in and got the key to the caravan.. when we got there the bed sheets were left outside on the floor. We had no cooker. Nothing for food. We had no quilts or proper pillows.. we had to sleep with a blanket.. we would have to travel out atleast 2 hours to find a place to eat and get some drink.. on the website it says we have canoeing/ kayaking/ horse riding.. none of that was there.. they played very loud music till 1am so we had no sleep.. nobody on the campsite spoke English even though it said on the website they would.. we ended up packing up and going home.. it was the worst experience.
Friendly atmosphere. Excellent campsite.
We spent a week at this campsite and it was great! The perfect location in the shade surrounded by lots of trees! There is entertainment every evening! The welcome is top notch, the staff too and the atmosphere is great! Swimming pool with music! Honestly, this campsite is worth 5 stars! They took over this abandoned campsite and I congratulate them on the results! THANKS
We returned as a family to an uncleaned bungalow, the shower, the dishes and the floor were really not clean. So we had to clean up when we arrived. And that's when we discovered that there were lots of ants inside that came in day and night. It was a very bad experience. Two days later, we were treated to an “infestation” of spiders. It's horrible, especially for the children who ultimately couldn't sleep. We spent the night reassuring the children. The result was that no one slept during the stay, and ultimately, we decided to cut our vacation short and go and rest elsewhere.
Despite a dispute with the Homai / Tohapi group, I am delighted with my stay at the Aqua Viva campsite. A little worried about the old comments, well that's not the case, the accommodation was perfect, the campsite offers all the services (small convenience store, bread store, bar, restaurant, activities etc.). The staff are charming. In short, I recommend without hesitation the Aqua Viva campsite in this beautiful region.
