CAMPING LA RIVIÈRE DE DOMME

Great little campsite with a Happy vibe to it. Pierre the owner was very helpful and sorted us out with a nice spot. Great positives about the site. Near to the canoeing, frozen bottles of water can be bought at reception, bread can be ordered for the following morning, Nice little swimming pool, clean toilets and showers and very good prices. The beautiful town of Domme is 5 mins drive away. We shall return 😊👍

Love this place. Great location, lovely atmosphere, small and friendly. Great simple pool area. Wish we had time to return in 2020 but will be back 2021!

Last minute booking for us, on a traveling tent holiday.Very pleasant stay at La Rivière campsite. A return to calm and nature, in a campsite on a human scale with a family atmosphere.Spacious, well-shaded pitches. The toilets are clean, electrical connection easy to access.Marianne welcomed us warmly and gave us good advice on local producers to see.The swimming pool is very pleasant and well maintained, with parasol and deckchairs.Pizza truck on Thursdays directly in the campsite.Swimming spot 5 minutes walk.Access to Domme possible on foot, approximately 30 minutes.The only downside for us is the campsite next door... With its dance evenings + aquagym, which we hear in the evening and in the morning. Unfortunately it is beyond the control of the owners, but it breaks the tranquility of the evening a little.In short, only positives for us apart from this last point.

Pleasant campsite, very quiet, everything we are looking for, the best, super friendly owner, the swimming pool is very good, the pitches are large and shaded, we will come back like every year for 12 years now and we will not change campsites. See you next year

The pitches are very shaded but very poorly maintained, with brambles making it a barrier to access the electrical connection. As for the toilets, it's Halloween with cobwebs everywhereOn the other hand, don't expect kindness from the manager, everything is lying around, nothing is put away. Take a saw to prune the dead branches.It is a very relaxing campsite once the baler from the neighboring field has passed. The swimming pool is friendlyCamping on a human scale and inexpensive.
