Fairly nice campsite,Big climb to get to the mobile home (it’s sport but it’s good)we found the staff pleasant and smiling,the mobile home was clean when we arrived,The swimming pool is great, (perhaps to review the cleanliness a little)There is a play area for children and adults.An aquatic areaA bar/snack/grocery storeA laundromatThe only thing missing is a good repair of the sanitary facilities which are in a state of abandonment.Thanks to the team who work hard for activities during the day and evening.Earth family b21

Very disappointed with this campsite!!!Which is not worth the 4 stars,The animations are very light,The pool is not heated, the water is coldMy daughter ends up with 40 fever in the paddling pool, I don't even talk about it.Not even a little disco for the children every evening even if it's only 20 minutes they would be happy.Very nice staff but that's not enough..The chalet bungalow was clean but it is necessary to maintain the bathroom especially which is moldy everywhere!!!We save all year to end up with this kind of thing, it's just not normal.

One week stay to start this stay, we had to climb the slope to get to our mobile home. A rather difficult slope to climb. Then, arrival in the mobile home. We had to do a complete cleaning because everything was very dirty. We went to reception to explain our dissatisfaction and to ask them to clean certain things which, for us, was not possible, such as the toilets or the microwave. At around 10:45 p.m. everything was turned off next to the City, there was no light from the inflatable game either. Besides, if you want to go there in the evening, it’s impossible because you can’t see anything there. As for the swimming pool, there are three slides, one of which has been closed very often. The indoor swimming pool is also really very disappointed with this campsite. It's really not for a family or for vacationers who want to have fun and have a good time, but rather a campsite to sleepFortunately there were some young people who made everyone DANCE at the pool. We came (two families) to spend a week from August 17 to 24 at the campsite (paradise) the getaway where to start... let's talk about the location for that we were lucky in our misfortune we were on the heights of the campsite the location B15 when I saw at the bottom of the campsite how they were piled on top of each other I said to myself phew luckily we had taken a comfort + the negative points of the location no light in the driveway at night and a good little side which makes the calves work to access our mobile home let's talk about the mobile home itself we will say clean just two three small thoughts the recycling bin of the fridge not empty a horrible smell in the mobile home I ran to buy a candle and a bomb smells good in the nearest supermarket and have maintenance intervene quickly to empty this tank for me second thought the adjustment of the water in the shower I complained on my penultimate day I should have before it's my problem fault but I showered my children once with cold water once with scalding water... no mosquito net on the windows and the biggest gas didn't work I warned them and they told me it's normal... second point the services started with the very old bar, no music, service to be done yourself, you take your drink and especially bring it back!!! The staff to review not at all pleasant not a background of music in the bar and the opening hours I don't even talk about it and the prices neither!!!! Second service Animation 3 rubbish at c….. training of facilitators to be reviewed I think or recruitment not to be taken lightly they were very unpleasant with the teenagers fortunately it was not mine who are still small because that I would never have accepted someone speaking like that to my child (I only have young children)!!! 10:30 p.m. everything is over 11 p.m. at the mobile home and in silence otherwise they threaten to kick you out of the campsite a realmmmmmeeennnnttt euuhhh atmosphere….. the grocery store in my point of view sucks…. also apart from picking up your bread which you have to reserve the day before otherwise the rest are just souvenirs camping paradise so grocery store is a big word…. the opening hours like the bar will not talk about it the swimming pool let's come in it saves the rest despite the state of the premises and the hygiene cloudy water and not very hot the atmosphere at the swimming pool well there is none... . the entertainers are surrounded by certain vacationers, something never seen before in a campsite, and they don't create any atmosphere, the music is non-existent, if you want to eat a waffle crepe ice cream or have a drink, well, there's nothing, the bar opens at 5 p.m. and the grocery store is closed, it's the pompom…. let's go to the children's play area, an inflatable castle, a structure and a city, I think or I guessed, very close to the campsite's sewage treatment plant, so I won't tell you about the rotten egg smell of m…. I pitied the mobile homes which were very close, I couldn't stay more than 15 minutes to watch my children…. finally I think I said everything I thought at the end of my stay I was not asked the question if I had a good stay and fortunately otherwise they would have had a blast with the coffee having to pay 50% of my stay and fortunately because 1400€ per week in this so-called 4 star campsite I would have rather said municipal campsite and giving them 700€ already from my pocket was too much and didn't deserve it at all…. so like the caf to pay part of my stay I preferred to keep my mouth shut fortunately we had come with two families otherwise it would be boring to death... review a little all service atmosphere staff animation and good luck to future vacationers in this campsite... and perhaps review the stars of this campsite because they are not deserved at all….
