Excellent campsite. Quiet, well maintained, fantastic location. Snack bar on site is useful and pool is great. Direct access to the river for swimming. Big pitches well separated by hedges. Weekly organised group meals amd some entertainment if you want to join in, but not disturbing if you dont

Perfect shady pitch however had apple trees so lots of flies/wasps due to rotten apples.Access to river and grotto. Good location to explore surrounding area.

Overpriced in the high season - it appeared a typical tourist rip-off where you pay much and get few in return. Here's the main drawbacks:- obligation to pay in advance for a fixed number of nights (never heard of that before...)- too few toilets and showers, you oftenly find yourself in a queue- annoyingly unfriendly cleaning staff- chlildren complained about the pool being dirty- noisy lot of youths at night - and no nightguard in sight- WiFi is not free but costs a ridiculous €6 per hour

The staff and entertainer were very nice people, and everything was very clean
