A hidden gem in our opinion, about a 50 minute drive from Bergerac, of the beaten track so expect single lanes close to venue. A great day out or even half a day out for the entry price, access to all pools, water slides and the “pond” inflatables included, clean and safe. Highly recommend.
Off the beaten track but worth the journey. A lovely selection of swimming pools and the inflatable course on the lake. When we arrived it was quiet and you could go on for as long and as many times as you wanted to. You are given a lifejacket so fine for weaker swimmers too. Later, it was busier so sessions were timed and you had 30 minutes - more than enough for one slot as it's pretty tiring but great fun! There are also small water cars and baby slides, trampolines, mini golf and other water slides for older kids/ adults and a playground with inflatable slide. There are sun loungers dotted around and basic facilities. We paid e12 for adults and 10 for kids and this got access to everything. The cafe sells the usual snacks and drinks. A good day out and definitely cheaper ( and warmer!) than doing at home in the UK.
Cheap to get into but a great day none the less. The lake opens at about 1pm and has 30min slots so I would recommend getting there for then and then booking a slot for whatever time you wish as they do fill up later on.The pools are good but felt unsafe being that it's like a 3 metre deep pool with one lifeguard. Our group had to save 3 children from drowning because the lifeguard was not looking. But it's not her fault, they just need more staff. For that pool. The little French kids like to push past you on the queue. They don't seem to understand and the French people were just letting it happen. Just block their path and yell at them in English and they'll stop.Overall a cheap day out and for what it is, definitely worth a trip.
Kids had a grat time doing the water activities. Facilities are ok with plenty of shade. Only down side is I picked up a mild eye infection from swimming in the lake.
Swimming pool and slides were fun. Slides were moving quite a lot when an adult would go from them so kinda scary. We put 2 euros in the air hockey table and 1 side got the puck stuck every single time, so kinda annoying.....Other than that we had a nice experience.
