Very well laid out and shaded, quiet family campsite. Daily activities for young and old (canoe trips, aperitif games, family Olympics, etc.) at the top 👍Swimming pool a little aging but well maintained with a sufficient number of deckchairs, deck chairs and chairs.Very responsive reception to the slightest problem (no more electricity in the mobile home and problem resolved in less than 5 minutes)Organized dirty evening... quite simply a very well organized team at the top... thank you to them.We will definitely come back...

Lovely small French campsite. Friendly and atmospheric. The owner(I think) at the reception cannot really speak English, but tries and makes a lot of effort to communicate. Swimming pool is great. Sanitary facilities are outdated, but clean. Camping pitches are large, but make sure you have a long cord. The electrical points may be far away. Many French and few Dutch (yet). Location with regard to sights is also great! Definitely worth repeating for us.

We have just left this campsite with a little pang in our hearts, because we are very delighted with our stay! (4th time over different durations).A family campsite, where sympathy and conviviality are the key words!Very friendly welcome from the owners.The restaurant is just great 👌The value for money is very good.Mylène and Tomy are very pleasant and serve you fresh and, above all, local products.Several themed evenings, there’s something for everyone.So yes, the mobile homes are not all brand new but very clean and functional and the rental price is appropriate.The sanitary facilities are clean and spacious.Go look for a “new” campsite and I challenge you to find better value for money, especially with a swimming pool, entertainment, theme evenings, discotheque within the campsite, etc.It’s the “camping” spirit (not an outdoor hotel) that we are looking for when we come to Le Pigeonnier, and we are really not disappointed.So even if we sometimes go elsewhere to discover other regions, we enjoy stopping at this calm and lively campsite at the same time, very well located (12 km from Sarlat), and I repeat, very welcoming :)

As for the camping part, we cannot give our opinion because we did not stay there. For the catering part we were very satisfied, we had been there for a concert where we were able to eat. The meal was very good and plentiful for a more than reasonable price. Note the two young owners of the restaurant who welcomed us with a smile in a charming and warm place.from the neighbors of Salignac
