Our cabin was very nice, in good condition and clean. Check-in was fast and our cabin was ready for us. The park was generally good, pools and slides were great, the bakery and shop are good, the cabin areas were nice - particularly the premium area we stayed in, the WIFI was good, much better than we had experienced on other non-Sandaya campsites. The park is let down a little by some of the common areas; the bar/restaurant area is a bit dated and starting to look shabby, same with playground equipment. When we visited there weren't many english speakers in the park so the entertainment we saw was all in french. We brought bikes but didn't use them very much as the campsite is very hilly. Sandaya staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. All in all we had a great time.

Really great campsite and location. Unfortunately for English speakers the entertainment was not inclusive and they did not even introduce events with an explanation in English so the kids club /day time events and shows in the evening were not inclusive. The actual campsite and facilities are excellent though.

Lovely, well spread out park. Each cabin is quite private and park not noisy (June). Pool area is spotless and well maintained (very strict on the speedo policy!). All staff very friendly. We'd a cottage, plenty of space but no oven or bbq which leaves cooking in a microwave or hob, bit awkward! Would revisit, good location for Sarlat (15mins) or Rocamadour (1hr). Lots of lovely villages around.

Peneyrals campsite team were very responsive and friendly who dealt with a few broken items/issues in our van the same day and were really lovely througout our stay. Campsite was as advertised although much more hilly than expected which was a bit of an issue for my Dad who has difficultly walking. Camp was v quiet during our stay (English half term week end of May 2024) which was good and bad - the entertainment was a little disappointing due to lower attendance. The kids disco was a bit sad - promised to be 30 mins and was literally a couple of songs and finished in 10 mins. Restaurant service was good but the food was a bit disappointing. All the other services were great, lovely pool with very attentive lifeguard. Luckily there were two heated pools since the weather was pretty bad. Nice little arcade games for the kids, tennis court, kids playgrounds were good, bouncy castle. And thePeneyrals campsite is in a beautiful setting. My husband and I enjoyed a couple of gorgeous runs/jogs in the surrounding countryside. And our visits to Sarlat and Domme and our bike ride with Liberty cycles from Sarlat on the Greenway were fabulous.
