Not a great experience for what is a very expensive campsite. Plus side I like the bands they got to play on site, fairly clean and nice reception staff. Negative very close claustrophobic site, lots of teens running wild late at night shouting and drinking, bad food in restaurant, friends in lodges said their check out was humiliating treated like a naughty child in order to get deposit back seemed a bit of deposit scam but will see if they get it back, no where to wash dishes maybe toilet sinks. So in summary I have paid a lot less for a lot better site in a better position, probably won't be back.

Overall, it was good to see the improvements made since last year and that the pitch we had now had a modern electric hook up bollard nearby and there was water on pitch (but no drain for waste water). The new manager and his wife were great in that they were interacting with customers and ensuring everyone had a good experience, The upper toilet block is poor in that part of it was closed off during our stay putting pressure on the remaining toilets and showers. The restaurant was generally good, especially the Plate de Jour although the menu choices seem more limited then in previous years. I did not try a pizza as I was warned not to do so as they were poor but the burgers were very good. The shop was a big disappointment. It use to stock fresh meat for BBQs, vegetables, pastries, milk, eggs etc but on our arrival in July there was none of this so we had to shop off site. Site security was also an issue. We noticed that the barrier to prevent entry to the site at night was not used so vehicles could enter or leave the site throughout the night. On one occasion a motorhome on the pitch opposite ours came onto site at 12:30 AM waking us up as they manourvered their motorhome into position on their pitch. We also experienced a caravan leaving at 6AM again disturbing the entire terrace. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, particularly meeting up with other regular visitors to the site and we have already booked a pitch for next year.

An amazing camping with nice staff and nice activities. Would totally recommend!Beware that if you have trouble walking it might be a climb to get up to the swimming pool/ bar etc. But the staff is very helpfull.

The new Roffy! The staff was very friendly. Not too sure about the so called improvements made; the new cabins on the top, that area used to be so nice, lots of mature trees, very green with beautiful views. Now it's cramped with too many cabins which have a view over a car park or their neighbours. Such a shame. The new Roffy square in front of the bar is lovely with the trees and the new chairs & tables. There used to be lovely pots with flowering plants, but they are all gone now? In previous years the staff made sure the terrace overlooking the pool would be all nicely put in order again in the morning, this year the chairs were still all over the place after the night before. Overall things looked a bit untidy, weeds in places, grass not cut etc. The toilet and shower block also did not get the attention it used to get in previous years. The restaurant was fabulous as always, the food amazing. We have been coming for 25 years and will come back but do hope standards will get back to where they were!

Amazing campsite in a calm environment. The pool is lovely and they have plenty parasols for the hot days. Staff are amazingly welcoming and helpful. The Mobilehome was nice an modern and clean.Just watch out for the massive hill to get to the pool. Make sure to ask for a Mobilehome near the pool because the hill is really steep.Downside, the mobilehomes are all crammed together (too many mobilehomes have been added it seems) so you have a view of your neighbours eating etc which is quite uncomfortable for all. The spaces are not intimate or private. The new parc is all the way at the very bottom of the hill and so location isn’t great for younger kids. I think they should improve the park which is near the pool to make it more modern and fun.
