This is the most fabulous camping ground in the region. Marina and Anthony did everything they could to make us welcome after we had been refused accommodation by three other sites due to the season opening the next day. The van sites are beautiful, clean and private. The location is central to the magnificent castles some open to the public. A wonderfully convenient walk along the beautiful Dordogne River river to Beynac. We were truly sorry to leave to continue on our travels. To top off our stay we woke to hot air balloons drifting over the river. What else could you ask for!!! We highly recommending this site to all travellers. Pretty shabby campsite tbh !Main toilet block 16 showers 2 toilets ?Other toilets and pool, quite a walk away. Pool IMO seemed a bit murky (could be just me ?) No real shop to speak of. No bar or restaurant ! Think they did pizzas but no idea where to order. Drop off facilities..........??? (Didn't use them) just seemed a very haphazardly run place ! Wouldn't go back or recommend. Wonderful campsite with good facilities, owners and family very helpful and friendly. Lovely walks along river to châteaus, great base to explore area or shady pitches and pool to relax onsite.

Been here a number of times. Advisable to book as it's usually quite busy. Large shaded pitches available. The facilities have been refurbished nicely. Great location, right by the river
