Recently upgraded from a 2** to 3 *** site. Quiet family site for holidaymakers and residents alike. Campers are welcome. Lovely rural setting with fishing lake, swimming pool & bar. Met lots of friendly folk both French & English. Well worth a visit

An oasis of peace & tranquillity amidst the vineyards. Local village of Abzac has a few shops but it's just 5 minutes drive to the busy market town of Coutras which has all the shops & facilities you are likely to need. Plenty to see & do - swimming, cycling, walking, fishing & sight-seeing. Or open a bottle of wine if you just want to relax in the sun. Hard-working owners keep the site clean & tidy. Friendly residents, both French & Brits. What more could we ask?

very poor management. many homes for sale, French and English. The full time residents are only there because they have nowhere else to go. They do not maintain or upkeep the site. Last year we were having 10 or so power cuts a day for months. Toilets backed up - smells from , waste tank. They just did roads middle of last year and they are already falling apart. They do not maintain the paths and site trees/ bushes etc.
