Excellent place. Everyone is very friendly. The campsite is lovely. We all love the lake.
A very nice site. The 'lake' was great. The snack bar the best I've seen so far in France. The service was very friendly. Great place.I'm a solo traveler so the garden with chickens, goats and rabbits was not for me nor were the kayaks and inflatable things on the lake but if I had kids with me it would be a very different story. Good for me as a solo cyclist but great for families.
We have only just arrived but I find the location lovely, it would be peaceful but so far the mower hasn't stopped. It's the most expensive of our sites so far, I can see why in some respects but in others it's hard to understand. The toilets are, as ever, my main issue. I'm not a fan of the shared toilet as it means no seats and often urine on the bit I need to sit on! Really not a pleasant experience and it puts me right off. These are shared loos, no seats and no loo roll, not a great experience but in that I might be fussy. The hand basins are also not that great, mould all along the back of the sink is truly off putting when brushing teeth or washing face, it makes me feel really icky. I haven't looked into the showers but I have no intention of using them so I need not explore.I'm sure my partner, male, will be happy with everything, he is much more easy going than me.Lots of games things to do here so if you are into your games you will like it.A snack bar, which we are told will open tonight.Big lake that looks like it can be swam in, or at least it has some inflatables.I haven't seen the owner but I'm told she is friendly and gave a warm welcome. There is an area for tents and visiting motor caravans and then another large area for static caravans, also some canvas for hire tent things.Proof of the pudding is if we stay two nights, no decision has been made yet!
Great peaceful campsite, very friendly welcome they even gave a bottle of wine for my birthday. The lake was fantastic and has plenty to keep the kids entertained. Had a great meal at the snack bar.Excellent all round.
Great location beside lake. Nice and relaxed. Run by (I assume) lovely family. I stayed in campotoile which was great value. Shower block great, toilet block little older and exposed. Snack bar was nice and obviously used by locals for pizza takeaway.
