What a remarkable place! If you need a break from the city-life this is where to go. Room was spotless when I arrived, both the staff and the guests were friendly, the food was great and the portion sizes were big. Staff were very accommodating ensuring I got a taxi to where I needed to go after leaving, I was worried I may have to wait 8 hours to get back to Lesppare but they made sure that didn't happen :) I only stayed for 3 days but when I return in the future hopefully next year it'll be for several weeks. Thanks for such a great vacation!
Huge Naturist campsite in the Pine forests of the Haut Medoc next to beautiful sandy beaches. One of the beaches attached to the camping allows dogs and the opportunity to walk for at least a couple of KMs. The other two beaches don't allow access to dogs. Campsite reception was super efficient and friendly.Unfortunately the horse riding next to the reception was shut during our visit which reception weren't aware of or not mentioned on the website. The Thalasso spa area was a real treat with sea water pool area sauna hamman and treatments which were first class. The commercial area gives lots of choice for bars and restaurants of a good quality and very friendly staff with 3 supermarkets including a small organic shop as well as a great boulangerie. Camping pitches are spacious with electricity and water on every pitch. Toilets and showers facilities clean with plenty of hot showers. Our closest shower block was shut on arrival but opened for the season during our stay. We weren't informed of this on our arrival and had to find out for ourselves with quite a long walk to the alternative block for the first few days. Pool area has indoor and outdoor pools which are clean and well maintained. They are closed one day a week. The site encourage naturism everywhere with numerous signs reminded guests they are in a naturist zone but unfortunately there are numerous visitors who don't adhere to the naturist ethos irrespective of the weather conditions this is mainly the case around the commercial shopping area but also in general around the site. The site is on the expensive side for french campsites but it has a lot going on, great facilities and is clean tidy and well maintained so on the whole well worth the fees. On the whole a great holiday and will undoubtably return.
We have been coming here for the last 10 years. It's great for families and even teenagers. With the passes most activities and the pool are included in the price. The facilities are always clean and staff really helpful. There are many shops and restaurants on site too so their is a huge range of food and drink on offer. Close to 3 beaches an activity one, a swimming and sunbathing and the third dog friendly and all are lifeguard covered.
Great place for summer vacation with the family. We've been here twice now, both times booking a chalet for a family of four. The chalet is pretty comfortable, with modern kitchen, toilet and hot water shower, and two double bedrooms. Also our chalet this time had a nice covered veranda, made it very pleasant to breakfast in the morning under the sun. This place has everything you need for holiday living. It's located in the pine forest, and the territory is very large and quiet. At the same time the central part has shops for all your daytime shopping and restaurants for evening entertainment. Also the patisserie has all baguettes, croissants and cakes you want. It's pretty busy in the mornings, but they work quick, so you won't be waiting long anyway. So while Carrefour and Lidl are within 10 min drive - you don't really need to leave the territory at all during your stay.Euronat has three pools - large deep one inside, smaller leisure pool outside and a fun pool with water slide. Also ofc you have a great sand beach - wide and long, stretching for two kilometres, so there is enough space for everyone.
Absolute heaven! Peaceful & calm atmosphere but also plenty to do. The indoor & outdoor pools are great & so is the beach, especially the middle part. There is everything you need available to purchase from fruit, bakery, meat and drinks. It's not much more expensive than a trip to Montalivet, unless you like to visit the market there. Bike hire is available, which is not cheap but fun & gets you to the beach quicker! We stayed in a ready to move in tent, which had everything you need. Shower/toilet blocks are always nearby & kept clean spotless throughout. We will definitely return! Keep up the good work & thanks to all the staff! 👏👏👏
