Latest reviews for CAMPING LES PASTOURELLES
We spent a week at this excellent well-run campsite. It is connected to the beach with good access via steps leading to the sand. A perfect location for kayaking and cycling. Helpful staff, clean loo block and close to a well-stocked Super-U.
This campsite may only be 3*, but we have returned for the second time this year. It’s a lovely spot and as we have an 8m motorhome, they have given us a very large pitch. The staff are fabulous and speak English. The washing facilities are clean and spacious. You’ll need your own loo roll. The laundrette is great and you pay contactless as you go. There is a supermarket opposite the site which is huge. There is also an indoor/outdoor market although that is very pricey. I would reluctantly recommend this to everyone as I don’t want it to get so busy I can’t get a booking lol.
Fabulous campsite, adequately size camper van pitches very relaxed atmosphere. Toilets and showers spotless no matter what time of day. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Arrived 2 days later than planned due to a brake down it was no problem to add the missed days to the end of our stay. Walking distance to the supermarket and a great indoor fresh food market. Access to a great little beach only little draw back is that it is tidal so you have to plan your swim around the tide ( your on holiday so there’s plenty of time) on-site cycle hire is a great service run by a great team. Amazing area to explore great food, especially the oysters. We will be definitely returning had such an amazing holiday thank you all 😎
Outside of the season it is pleasantly calm and relaxed. The sanitary facilities are okay, there are also washing machines and tumble dryers. Half of the facility consists of long-term campers' huts. There is direct access to the beach and most of the pitches are in the shade under pine trees.
Stayed here off-season in september, tent pitch.Lovely campsite in a nice region. Because we're offseason it was nice and relaxed. Check-in was easy, know they only speak French and Spanish. Person who showed us our pitch also spoke English.Sanitary is a bit old, but functions well. Some toilets were very dirty but there were enough others to choose from. We stayed there two nights and of this time one day the sanitary was cleaned. We were on a pitch nearby the sports fields and road. No one used the fields during our stay and the road was only noticeable in the early morning hours between 6-8am due to commuting. Apart from that a nice quiet campsite. From here it's a small drive to the Cap Ferret, from where you can take a boat to visit Anarchon. Campsite is next to the bay of Anarchon where around 12 the water slowly disappeared. From Cap Ferret the ocean beach is also reachable and a good equivalent if you really want to swim during this time. Keep in mind the currents in the ocean can be quite tough and dangerous.A lot of markets in the area on different days. Nearby (10 min drive) a giant E. leclerc and Lidl and also some other stores in the e. Leclerc mall (intersport for instance). Very convenient.Would visit again. Good place to relax in the off-season. Make sure to bring enough stuff against mosquitos tough.
