We have a campervan and reserved a place plus a tente for 4 nights. The place was so little that just the camper fitted, and that were i paid 22€ for the tent extra. Overall ot was very expwnsive compared for same places directly at the ocean front. Also the place was so uneven that also with our height ramps/blocks we couldn‘t bring the car into an even horizontal sleeping position. We asked at arrival if we can only stay 3 nights instead of 4 and it was insisted that we have to pay 4 nights, but we can leave of course also after 1 day.. 😱 the personnel is majority young students who love in first line to drive with their electric golf carts through the site. And it has club character, not so much of a quiet good camping site. The pool has unfortunately not a single sun umbrella but over 100 sun-chairs.. where you burn then 🔥 The sanitaire is super new and very clean. The burned trees look surreal and give a special character. The dune is spectacular, but bathing in the ocean you can forget, no waves, because another dune protects the bassain. So very few people in the water. And you must be super fit to get down 100 height meters in deep sand and up again afterwards. Nothing for not sporty and top fit people. Good food truck so! Every night changing. 🙌 but with the staff you can‘t talk, it‘s more priority to get the money, then to make the people feel happy or comfortable. Also a lot of campers and also normal cars got stuck in the deep sand and needed a tractor for pulling out or sand (bleche) tracks to get out of their place again! 🤷🏻‍♂️

This site has amazing views of the sea and the dune and the new accommodation is of a high standard. However the site does need some work to bring the facilities up to the level we used to expect from Yelloh. The bar and snack bar area need some work to improve the comfort and ambiance and the restaurant should really stop calling itself a restaurant. It serves very little and mainly hosts food trucks of intermediate quality. The restaurant has amazing views but the landscaping and seating needs work. The pool though small is very nice. The staff were very friendly but it seemed could do with a bit more direction. They are mainly very young and we found ourselves waiting for service on many occasion. The entertainment I will not mention; there isn’t really any and the animateurs show is best forgotten. I am still embarrassed for them (apart from the 1 lady who actually knew the steps). WiFi was broken from day 2 and not fixed all week, and the TV in the accommodation being WiFi based was therefore not working either. I know this site has had a traumatic experience with the fires and is still rebuilding but the prices are high and currently not justifiable. Would not recommend for families, there are better sites nearby.

This location was our yearly fixture for decades, for paragliding. Unfortunately the fires destroyed everything, but the biggest pity is that with the fires, it destroyed also the warmth and friendliness of the Camping Panorama team. We were there in September, knowing very well there is not an iota of shade anywhere. Saying nothing about the price increases. They charged one full night just for allowing us to park our camper at 2 am inside the premises. When we wanted to leave a day early, we still had to pay the unused remaining day. All according to the rules, I understand. Cold business logic, I understand. One feels sorry for the situation, however, do the organizers (and here it's not the clerk at the reception but the management) feel for the customers? Customers can also be very business minded and there are beautiful soaring places in the midst of warmth and hearty camping villages in the dunes in Holland, in Denmark, in ....

Perfect location at the skirts of Dune de Pyla. Amazing views of the Dune and the Atlantic. The camping is directly at the beach however the way down is quite steep and sandy so not suitable for buggies etc.Because of a recent fire the camp site is being rebuilt at the moment. Therefore the sanitary facilities are not so nice and there is a food truck and pizza pick up place.Swimming pool was nice and not so crowded.

What can be done is done.Pool is ok (small but nice).Mini golf is o.k. in view of the forest fire. Grocery store is in containers. There is a pizzeria with a great view. Everything is very clean. The staff is super nice.Unfortunately, we had shards on the pitches. Due to the fact that almost all trees were lost, there is unfortunately no natural shade. The black water can only be disposed of at the camp entrance, which is unfortunately far and very inconvenient.
