CAMPING SIBLU LA RÉSERVE

We stayed in la Reserve early September 2023.Upon arrival the staff were very helpful and polite and do a great job , they made us feel very welcome. The mobile home was very clean and comfortable, having a washing machine in the mobile home was an added bonus! The air conditioning was amazing with the very hot weather we were having it came in very useful, we had a realy good position on site the pitch was quite spacious. The site itself is very clean and well maintained with a wonderful swimming pool, great restaurant,shop and many more. It's is not the first time we have booked with Siblu village's and it won't be the last. They have wonderful sites around France and La Reserve is definitely one of them. Would recommend to anyone with or without children. There is plenty to see and do and some great places to visit. Thank you Siblu for another great stay.😊

Always a great value holiday with good customer service.

We visited in September when most children had gone back to school. You often find campsites at little worse for wear and staff tired at the end of the summer season, so we were delighted by the standard of service and maintenance - everything was clean and very well maintained including the floral tubs. The lifeguards at the pool were still very attentive and standards were maintained (we saw them intervein several times when safety rules were broken).The mobile home we stayed in (via booking site) was of a very high "comfort" standard and the best we have ever stayed in. It was like new, was very well equipped and the plot was large and very private. We liked it so much we extended our stay by another week.

Booked for 3 weeks and paid for the top caravan for a family holiday a second time was very disappointed with almost everything not enjoyable for our kids as the kids club wouldn’t interact much with our kids as there were just a few English kids and on arrival the beds, dishwasher, decking, BBQ, toilet seat and sofa was broken. Electricity kept cutting off and has resulted in losing our meats, chicken and sausages shopping worth €170.00 calling and had to go to the reception a few times to fix the problem was not received well they kept saying that someone will come over to fix it only after 3 days that it was done. No sorry nor remboursement from them will never go again. 😡 if i could they would not get any stars at all.

We had a lovely 2 week stay at La Reserve. The cabins were great, the pool brilliant and the beach lovely. Our kids loved the kids club and evening activities- especially the late night pool party during the heatwave! We really liked the campsite except it had 2 big downsides: 1. The wifi doesn't work to a usable standard anywhere, even in the areas where it is supposed to work and even if you pay for premium one. The phone reception is also not good enough to use 3g/4g adequately for internet. 2. The restaurant is poor and could be so much better with just a little effort. Apart from these things, we had a fabulous time.
