CAMPING MUNICIPAL DU CAP DE L'HOMY

We stayed here in July 2024. Extremely expensive though. 5 nights, 2 adults in a camper van and it was €37 per night with no electricity hook-up. It was nearly full when we arrived and were lucky to be offered a space. I suggest arriving in the morning to stand a better chance. The shower blocks are OK. Unfortunately there are mostly squat holes and only two sit-on lavatories per block which are in high demand! The showers are good but there’s no temperature control and are quite hot - too hot if you’ve just spent the day on the beach and would like a cooler shower.I’ve given it one less star as every Wednesday and Saturday there is a very loud disco party next to the shop and the music goes on till approximately 1am. No way of getting away from it.

Wonderful camping spot. Good installations, well organized... few steps to the beach... it's a good place for beginners surfers, family... very quiet. The majority of the guest are from Germany.It's my second time here and I love this camping ground.

Very nice and affordable camping about 5 minutes walking to the beach. A fairly large camping, but due to the ‘organic’ layout of the area and the height differences between the pitches it doesn’t feel as big. From our spot (129) we could only see less than 10 surrounding tents and campers.The toilets and showers are clean, staff is friendly, helpful and speaks English well.Price paid: €59,61 for 3 nights, 2 persons, 1 campervan (5,5m), without electricity, including local taxes from Juni 17 to 20, 2024.Services are free to use for people staying at the camping.

Quite pretty camp ground and very good beach access.Sanitaries are clean but shower water pressure is not great even at non rush hours and is absolutly full with families with a lot of children running around.

Stayed there end of May for one night without reservation, due to German school break the place was already high in demand and it took us 1hr to check in (validate Reception opening hrs as the change month by month, to schedule your arrival accordingly). Staff is super friendly and spaces are large, not always even. Facilities are clean and functional. It's a rural camp ground very close to the beach, and dominated by German campers (90%). By bike to the closest village is a 20min ride, there are also some local buses connection the village and various beaches.
