CAMPING LE CLAVÉ

Google said they were open. We arrived and the site seemed completely empty and closed. We wasted our journey driving here. We tried to call prior but noone answered. we thought we'd still arrive in person because it says open on google

A last minute find and we found this lovely campsite run by a charming family. Our pitch under the trees had a stream running behind it and there was plenty of room on the site for dog walking. We had a simple but great meal in the on site cafe and the amenities were good. Clean showers and loos. The swimming pool looked great but we couldn’t stay long enough to try this and the mini golf out! Good set up if you wish to BBQ and there are good facilities for children to entertain themselves.

An absolute gem of a campsite. One of the best experiences with campsites I've ever had. Excellent for kids, safe, friendly, great facilities, a good amount of shade, clean swimming pools etc. I highly recommend this campsite. We will definitely come back again when we visit the area. Thank you Jocelyn and your lovely family for offering campers something so nice.

A lovely campsite setting, with large pitches and plenty of surrounding space. We had a spot next to the river, which was ideal as we had our dog with us. Clean facilities, and well thought out amenities. However we were very disappointed to find the restaurant was closed due to ‘an event’ taking place the night we were there. Said event turned out to be a very loud party with music blaring until midnight. Not what we’d hoped for. Especially disappointed that this wasn’t mentioned either on the phone when we booked, only the day before our stay, or on arrival.

Really nice people got a small tour with a golf cart to show the camping spots.
