CAMPING NATURÉO

Instead of 2 nights, we spend more than 8 nights at Naturéo as it is a great place to be. To accomodactions are lovely, we staid in an African cabana and loved it.The pool is great and also supermarket is really good and not too over priced.Service is exceptional - they supported us a lot!We would definitely come back.Prices off season are absolutely fine!

Large clean home near the beach. The size of the accomodation was larger then expected, making it comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The accomodation is clean, everything worked, the staff was friendly and helpful. The have a pool and restaurant on site which made good food. The location is near the beach, making it to access. Would recommend it!

After super interactions with your staff in the store especially and at the bar all kind lovely people. Your front desk really let you down. Today we checked out early as have to leave and after checking with staff yesterday felt we completed all we needed. Cleaned the rooms took sheets off, drove all rubbish to front of property distributed them in correct bins, paper placate glass etc. wiped all surfaces. Put in time effort and care. Also a 100 euro fee has been paid for cleaning. To then be interrogated they way I was at the front desk by your staff is horrible. No we didn’t leave the sheets on the front veranda as we left a day early and didn’t want them left outside incase the room wasn’t cleaned all sheets and towels were left in a bundle on the bed. Yes we take care. There were 3 glasses left on the sink to dry after being cleaned. I was made to go back to the accomodation and do these tasks. The worst treatment I’ve ever experienced from any accomodation. Treating and speaking to your guests like they’re sub human after staying for a week isn’t the way forward when it comes to customer service. Will never be back after 2 x visits. Such a shame we leave our experience at your accomodation in this way.

We LOVE Naturéo! This is the third time we have been to NATUREO and it never disappoints! We love it here :) Everything from the friendly welcome at the front desk, to our lovely Bali cabin, the fun times at the swimming pool and GREAT staff in the restaurant….was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

Unfortunately, holidays at Natureo are not recommendable due to an absolute plague of mosquitos. Basically, throughout the whole day and night you will be annoyed and bitten by tiger mosquitos. Our kids had completely infected legs and arms due to various mosquito bites. Don’t expect to sit on your patio after a nice day at the beach or to spend a nice summer evening outside. You can just sit inside and enjoy the weather through your windows. Probably, the lake in the middle of the Natureo parc supports the plague. However, we will not come back as we want to enjoy the outsides at every time of the day. Absolutely not possible and therefore a massive disappointment. As we rented AirBnB Apartments real close without any of those mosquito issues I am certain that the Natureo lake is the problem. Besides that, everything else was fine. Still, we won’t come back.
