CAMPING JOBEL

Called to confirm wifi available in all areas. Once checked in and unpacked, no wifi. Inquired next day, was rudely advised our question wouldn’t be answered until we paid the balance due. Said we can’t pay unless wifi available….in circles we went. Got a new cabin, had to pack up, unpack again. Not a clean and tidy campsite.

I had a funny experience when arriving here we had booked a camping spot, arrived and payed to find that it had parked cars on it. We complained and asked for a refund as we wanted to go somewhere else and the receptionist would not give us one. Especially paying 35€ per night I expected a better service. In the end we were given a spot that was just an offcut of another spot. Swimming pool is good and the rest of the facilities also good. It seems like the campsite is run by people who are volunteering so there seemed to be a lack of management around.

Really disgusting and loudm. Couldnt sleep nor take a shower. Would not recommend. Swimming pool was dissapointing. If you are a teenager I would recommend to go, everyone else dont go.

Very clean. Hot water. Calm (october). It is better to have a car. 5 to 10m from Tarnos city. I will definitely go back again. 10 euros a night per tent with a car.

If you are looking for a quiet and nice place, this is NOT the place to go. Noisy till very late at night, impossible to get a good rest.Most of the electricity points don't work.
