Winter break Fabulous stay, excellent campsite for family and couple. Great pool areas. Staff very polite. The campsite is spotless. Great quiet stay and offers in Sept and Oct. This was our 3rd stay for 3 weeks at time. Definitely will be back

We stayed at this campsite for one night and were very disappointed. Supposedly it’s a 4 star campsite and so it cost us 48€ for two people just for putting down our tent on a patch of grass about 20 min away from the beach. The showers and toilets were an absolute disaster. The toilets were not clean and there was no soap. The space for the showers is a closed one with no open windows whatsoever, so there was mold everywhere and everything was humid. Also the hairdryer didn’t work. I cannot say anything about the evening program (concerts etc) as we just stayed the night, but with this total lack of basic hygiene we wouldn’t come back there again.

I wasn’t sure about reservations at Itsas Mendi because of it’s distance from the seaside, as we are a surfing family. But in the end the facilities were constantly being cleaned, the kids also enjoyed the 2 pools and myself the jacuzzi on the off session. The tunnel to the beaches made all the difference. Also many amazing things to enjoy in the local area. Enjoy!

Short stay A superb site with excellent facilities - one of the best sites I have ever used in France. Clean, great value and friendly staff.
