CAMPING DOMAINE D'ESPERBASQUE

despite the previous days torrential rain a relaxed and warm welcome made our stop over at this site a lovely interlude. The atmosphere at the bar was as if we were locals. Natural and unpretentious the whole experience is to unwind. Although we only stayed one night would love to return to horse ride in spectacular countryside and end the day with locally produced wine and beer!!

Absolutely beautiful rustic farmhouse, and Marriane and her son were fantastic hosts. Very friendly and down to earth, informative and welcoming. We planned on staying 1 night and ended up staying 3. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location, beautiful views and most welcoming and helpful. The horse riding instructor takes time to ensure you bond with the horse and takes time to teach you. Marianne runs the site with pride, and really values people, she keeps the campsite clean and tidy and is very helpful, giving really good local advise on what to do.She is also very flexible, opening up facilities as needed. The beer brewed on site by Marianne’s son is absolutely fantastic.

We stayed in September 2022 - the owner and her staff literally could not be kinder. Amazingly clean little bar that’s fun to sit - very reasonably priced drinks. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. The pool is spotless and the views from the site were amazing. Thank you so much .

This was our first time here and we had the most incredible time! The location is stunning with beautiful views. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the whole vibe is brilliant. The highlight was the stables and horse riding. Again, the staff in the stables went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming, I honestly can'tthank them enough. My children had the best time helping with the ponies and riding and I've rediscovered my passion for it all. The trail rides were so much fun. This is a truly special place and we will be back!
