Fantastic and peaceful campsite on banks of the River Vienne with slightly 'retro' feel. Beautiful location, big mostly shaded pitches, spotless facilities and a short walk to town. They suffered a devastating flood in March and have done a good job to open for the 2024 season. Hope the local vocal frogs weren't washed away!

A lovely quiet campsite with large, clean facilities. It's a great area for walking and cycling.Food from the restaurant is tasty and well priced.

Idyllic camping site right on the river. Quiet, well sheltered and decent sized plots. The 'bar' was simple but all your need and the showers etc were clean - but the best part of this camping site was the location and views across the river, which were spectacular. Staff were friendly, efficent and very helpful (you'll need to speak a little French, which is nice!).Around the area we found some lovely cycling and a nice boulagerie!Very much enjoyed our day here. One of the best sites we stayed at for sure!

Never actually camped here but it looks great next to the river. The bar is very good and the owners very attentive. Ideal watering hole.
