We stayed for a one night stopover, but would happily stay longer. The site is very quiet yet is only a short distance from the road and supermarket. Can walk into Civray through the park. The campsite restaurant is amazing and a step up from normal campsite food. The river is pretty and full of wildlife.

We visit the bar here fairly frequently. Staff are nice, very accommodating. Play area a nice bonus for a peaceful drink in the sun.

We stayed on this campsite for 10 weeks whilst waiting to move into a new house after selling our old house in a different part of France. Clotilde and Rodolphe and the other members of the team were very welcoming. Good restaurant and bar and good for kids if you are unfortunate enough to have any!! Nice walk through the park to the nearby town and supermarkets close by in the opposite direction. Very good value for money, we would recommend it.

We've just spent a most enjoyable week at this splendid site bordering the Charente. A bouncy castle, storytelling tent and various other outdoor activities for children and a good restaurant, bar and swimming pool too. We will return! Highly recommended

Friendly campsite with good on site restaurant. Plenty for the kids to do - pool, bouncy castle, table tennis and a play park. Goats on site. Across the river is a lovely park as well. Really nice campsite, a shame we couldn't stay longer.
