Stayed just out of season in mid June. The location is breathtaking, a real gem. We are a couple with a 2 and a 4 year old. The kids pool was small but kept the kids entertained. The play area too. The facilities were spotless and in good condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. The village of Axat has a wonderful pizzeria (sit in or take out), bakery, pharmacy and handy shop. And just off the roundabout from the campsite is a fruit and veg stall.Would definitely stay here again. A lovely campsite!!
Very nice camping with river along the back. Not really useable only small place to paddle, lots of rafting in the area. Swimming pool, children’s swing etc. restaurant, not tested! Sells bread at the restaurant. Staff super friendly, quite expensive 34 euros with electricity. High season. But overall lovely peaceful site and great staff.
Very well equipped Campsite along the river Aude. Very well maintained.Sanitary facilities are perfectly cleaned. Swimming pool is OK. Restaurant is OK, although we did not consume anything there.Pitches are large.Campsite is very well located for a lot of activities in the neighborhood. Rafting (located on Campsite), Red Train, Gorges and so on.Really a nice place to return to.
Stayed over for one night during a Pyrenees cycling trip, and couldn't fault it. Lovely clean toilet and shower block with great showers, good sizes pitches, friendly receptionist and nice looking pool. Also seemed to be plenty for kids.
Lovely little place at the river!Friendly owner, quiet (even with many groups near by). Deep in the forest/lovely landscape. No mass-tourism!We will come back, thank you!
