CAMPING DE LA CASCADE

It is the second time we have visited Sept 2019 and July 2022. A lovely relaxing stay with a very pool and adjacent to the river Tarn. My only niglle is the same as others, namely the Bins are located at the entrance and if you are not constant using your vehicle there is a long uphill walk. There should be bins located near to the Beach area. We found the reception staff very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kayaking on the river was Excellent and riverside restaurants enchanced paddling. We will definitely return.

Worst service on the Tarn, rudest staff I've ever encountered. I hired a fitted out tent. When I wanted to cook some pasta in the evening, the gasbottle appeared completely empty. I called the camping. A woman told me to call back after eight in the morning. No apologies were made. I suggested that she could bring me a gas bottle of an unused tent. On that she hung up the phone. A more impolite reaction I cannot imagine. She refused to give a (partial) refund.EDIT:1. I knew nothing of a reduced price;2. The gasbottle could and should have been checked before each new arrival, I that case I would not have to have called at 9.30 pm for a gas bottle;3. Your rude reaction (no apologies made, disconnect phone in the middle of my sentence) was inappropriate and inexcusable and poor customer service.

Great place located by the river. Beautiful and great fun for families. Not enough services, particularly rubbish bins (only one o top of the hill) and the water points do not allow using hoses

Word of warning to Caravans and Camping Cars.If it was the camps cleanliness and facilities i reviewed i would give 5* but camp is on a very steep slope ok getting in but extremely dangerous getting out. To make it worse it is a single track in and out.Meeting a vehicle coming down can be very tricky.BEAUTIFUL SITE IN A LOVELY LOCATIONonly been honest...

Fully recommended! Located directly at the tarn river. The pitches are placed in cascades among the river. Showers and toilets are clean and new. Wish to see more campsites like this. Will definitely return.
