Latest reviews for CAMPING DE GRANIERS
Stopped by for coffee while in the area and loved this place! So much space for just 70 sites. Pool, cafe, entry and recreation areas were all very well done and the mobile homes were nicely spaced. Campground has a calm and natural setting, is close to lots of interesting sites and is owned/operated by a friendly family.
I booked a camping spot at Camping de Graniers on 22nd September 2023, only to be met with a series of disappointments and frustrations. The ordeal began when I called the campsite to inquire about the latest possible check-in time. To my surprise, I was informed that arriving past their designated hours was unacceptable, but they assured me that a simple email cancellation would resolve the issue, and my money would be promptly refunded. This, however, marked the beginning of a seemingly endless saga of broken promises and unfulfilled commitments. Despite following their instructions and canceling the reservation via email, the money was never returned to my account. What ensued was a maddening cycle of futile attempts to communicate with Camping de Graniers.I made four phone calls, each time being reassured that the issue was being addressed, and the refund would be processed. However, my repeated emails went unanswered, despite the campsite's assurances that they were aware of the situation and would promptly respond. The lack of communication and blatant disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable.Adding insult to injury, I received an email thanking me for my stay and requesting a review, even though I had canceled my reservation. This not only demonstrated a lack of attention to detail but also highlighted their disinterest in resolving the matter at hand. The most significant issue here is not just the financial aspect of the unreturned money, but the sheer dishonesty displayed by Camping de Graniers. Their repeated promises, coupled with a complete lack of follow-through, wasted a significant amount of my time and left me thoroughly dissatisfied with their services.I would strongly caution anyone considering Camping de Graniers to think twice, as my experience exemplifies a profound lack of professionalism, integrity, and customer service on their part.

It is the perfect place for an overnight stop for those traveling. It also looked good for holidays because it has a pool and other amenities, but we couldn't enjoy it because we only stayed one night. The gentleman who received us was extremely friendly and pleasant. Excellent hamburgers are served at the bar.
Spacious and quiet pitches, beautiful forest and trees, nice pool. Owned by a (very) friendly family who run a cozy restaurant with tasty food. We were a couple with a tent and enjoyed our stay thoroughly 😃
