CAMPING OLIVERAIE

Nice people and a large property. Pool is quite large but can be crowded if they are at full capacity. For the price, the rooms can be better maintained. Pillows and sheets didn't have any covers when we arrived and we had to ask for it but was quickly and efficiently provided. Neighbor had some major plumbing issues and having a very hard time the first day but the owner also addressed that as fast as he could the next day. Still as you know a plumbing issue can be distressing and could have been checked before guests arrive.Food doesn't seem worth it however as for the price, the meals are very basic and as it's run by a very small family, don't expect much. Better to go to Barjac nearby and be able to choose what you'd like to eat for the same price and more variety.Lights turn off on the property by around midnight so don't plan to have much late get togethers in the public areas but I guess that's nice to respect the noise for other guests.Edit: Not sure why the owner is posting that he doesn't know me. Don't see how that matters or how a hotel/Gites can know every single person staying but yes there were liot of people on the property at the time and I didn't speak with you much.

We spent a week as a family in three gîtes. Everything was perfect. The welcome, the family atmosphere, the geographical location. And let's not talk about the gardiane cooked by Gérard, for a very pleasant evening. The pizzas were delicious too. Thanks to Sylvette for teaching us how to make lavender decorations. Thank you both for your kindness and your availability. A place to recommend for a quiet vacation.

Quiet gîtes on very sloping ground. Little is needed for cooking and eating in the gîte with appliances to be renewed...everything in our gîte was crooked, the floor, the doors which creaked or did not close...the cleaning leaves much to be desired as well as maintenance, we had a clogged sink and a visit from a rat at night...the twin beds are narrow and very little storage.The swimming pool is pleasant and should be covered at night to preserve the heat.Salad and pizza service well appreciated.

Great place! The owners Sylvette and Gérard are very welcoming, accommodating and caring. The area is very pleasant, the family atmosphere, the impeccable swimming pool and the delicious cuisine (especially the homemade wood-fired pizzas) at low prices. We will happily return there to enjoy this beautiful region.

Magnificent, quiet setting, with lots of activities nearby (day and evening). The site managers are very welcoming and always available. We highly recommend this cottage for a great family vacation.
