Latest reviews for CAMPING NATURISTE DOMAINE DE LA SABLIÈRE
I love Sablière and have been coming every year since 2010. BUT it is losing touch with it's clients. There is now no rubbish/recycling and visitors are expected to take all rubbish to the top of the steep gorge. If you have a naturist holiday here the last thing you want is to have to drive/walk up to the top. There is a charge for dogs but they do not provide poo bins.Staff are generally good but those worthy of mention are Jazz at the Trois Arches who should be given the role of restaurant manager and Leon at Eden Roc
Fantastic camping with everything you need to have the perfect holiday for all ages. It's clean, neat, the staff is really friendly and there's 3 different bars/restaurants that serve great food. The new waterslides are also a great asset for the older kids!
Beautiful Place, quiet and very relaxing
Check in: English, German, Spanish, French.... You'll be understood!WIFI: Only next to the CheckIn, weak reception at the bar, no reception at the river. So if you need internet, not the best choice.Distance: Our pitch was 3 minutes to the river by foot. Very very nice pitch with lots of shade and 2 sanitary facilities in walking distance (2 minutes and 5 minutes) but a very very exhausting walk to the pool area. There seems to be a shuttle but we mever managed to find it. We only found out that there's supposed to be one because a couple we met at the restaurant told us.Most people use their car to get from the pitches to the restaurants, the supermarket and the pool area.........All in all, I'd recommend it for a short stay if you're in the area and need a place to relax before going further. But I wouldn't spend my main vacation here.
Large nudist camping with many rentals in various region of vast and hilly terrain camp (our chalet belleview -really exceptional view!- was 1.3 km from river - we drove to pool and river). Large covered heated pool, small sauna, other nice outdoor pool, plenty of pool chairs all around. Grocery store with reasonable choice & prices. The BEST is the calm, peaceful river at the edge of camp. Plenty of space, water not too cold for bathing or best lying on an inflatable mattress (be aware water is flowing in one direction). Water is not deep. All review is for sunny days in first half of September.
