CAMPING LE VERDIER

We camped for 2 weeks in a tent with our 2 teenagers at this family campsite. We were delighted with our stay at the campsite. We particularly appreciated the services offered: spacious pitches perfectly shaded and demarcated by hedges, the snack corner, direct access to the river without forgetting the swimming pool heated to a very pleasant temperature. Le Verdier campsite would not be what it is without its very welcoming owners who are always available and smiling (just like their children!). We recommend it to people looking for small, warm and quiet family campsites.

The welcome is pleasant, shady location however there are stones on the ground and twigs, the water pressure is too strong. The bar is good and has affordable prices, location of the campsite ideal for canyoning but a little isolated, the toilets are separate for men and women and clean.

We spent 2 superb weeks at this small campsite this summer. The owners are great, always available and attentive!!!. The pitches are large, largely shaded and well demarcated by widely planted hedges. The sanitary facilities are more than clean and very comfortable. There are never crowds, which is very nice, no matter the time of day. The campsite is very quiet so it is very pleasant for a refreshing holiday with few pitches and therefore on a human scale. The only small problem remains the proximity of the road with traffic, especially in the morning when you sleep in a tent 😬😅 but nothing insurmountable either. We therefore highly recommend it!!!!PS: the proximity to the river in front of the campsite crossing the road is also very appreciated for hot days and a change from the swimming pool. The water is even warmer there with great swimming spots all along for lounging or jumping off the rocks. There are also lots of things to do in the area, a 1 hour drive from the campsite all around (caves, hikes, markets, swimming, swimming and swimming in all the nearby roaches) so there's no chance of getting bored! 😉

Small family campsite where we spent a very pleasant week. The managers, Gwen and Adrien, are very helpful and extremely kind, always ready to please and satisfy vacationers. Well done!As for the locations. They are spacious and shaded. All the ingredients are there for a pleasant stay.
