Stayed here last year and came back because the kids loved it. Nice and small and good restaurant. This year a company called Marvilla has taken it over. Some changes can be seen. Extra cabins have been added, lunch menu changed (no chicken strips 🥲) and Pizza from the Pizza van is not nearly as good,(over done or different dough base, not sure what but it’s not as good). More people here too which does change it for me and they are trying to add entertainment at night too which isn’t working. There used to be an over 18 pool but now everyone can use it, 😤 but all in all it’s a nice place to go

Extremely nice luxury camping. Mobile homes are really well kept and full of amenities. Super position close to wonderful Camargue. We will be back!

In August of 2023 we made a reservation for the summer of 2024. In January we got an email that confirmed our reservation and said that it was well received. With the new organisation taking over we called to ask if everything was still good with our reservation, so we called Marvilla Parks. The people that picked up the phone couldn't even see our reservation so they told us to dial another number so we did. 2 different numbers later they gave us the number of the camping, but they didn't pick up at all. Customer service is horrible at the moment! No one knows if they will be able to go on a holiday, this is unacceptable!Today we received an email that said our camping space that we had made a reservation for and was confirmed in 2023 doesn't exist anymore. The way they handle their clients is unbelievable and it is a total scandal!They ruined one of the most beautiful campsites in France overnight.

Below is a review I left at the end of last year . Sadly since then it's become apparent that my holiday along with hundreds of others is destroyed . Look online you'll find many others like the review below . My experiences of anything are worse . I hope my many long term camper friends and I meet up on a site next year . This year I didn't have any choice so I've stumped up my extra 4k and booked a mobile home .Camping it isn't. As with everyone else I was a long term customer and marvilla parks put their plans over mine and hundreds of others .If you are thinking well that it won't happen to you ask yourself this .Given that this owner factually destroyed hundreds of holiday plans with no conscience and no care ibecayse of its own interest t seems should anyone ever trust marvilla parks again ? Suppose they decide to bomb your holiday ?If its your holiday and they then decide to trash your holiday for their own purposes they will based on real evidenceEvery positive review you've read anywhere on any site was before marvilla .when owned by people who didn't make changes without advertising them for a considerable time. My extra cost is huge at 1800 pitch v 5300 accommodation. Minus 537 refund.It's been a nightmare..I sincerely hope things improve I accept marvilla made a mistake sadly they have been mean in their efforts to help . GreedyThe additional cost you've forced on me and my family marvilla is 4000 pounds to get a holiday in high season with no notice of cancellation not to mention my brand new caravan is ironically staying at storage nearby as this is part of a 6 week tour and could not be moved because we have a wedding.They ought to be offering complete refunds of the difference between now defunct pitches and the mobile homes we have been forced to use .Good news is that my story is being picked up by a TV company looking at the complete failure .I'm sure staff will be lovely and in time new holiday makers may arrive but I see people as they treat me and others and this has been and remains a disgrace.You should be covering my costs or compensating but marvilla simply did not consider bookings held . Why they didn't wait 1 year who knows.How it used to be .I am a long term customer and I have had many great holidays here. The location is good for beach days (35 mins from great wide sandy beaches - but go early or V late as parking limited) and the site we have found is very nice.The pool area is very good - although I thik they need to expand as the additional new pitches and designatation of the spa pool as adults only most of days means that the old pools are really busy now. Bluntly a new bigger pool is needed.Toilets and showers are very good we foundthe restaurant served a good quality offering but perhaps might be limited if you are vegan or veggie .Local town very cute and has 3 markets , brocante is easy to find in nearby towns.Staff have always been very good indeed, and on the few occasions I have had issues they have quickly addressed them.Pitches for camping are sand/dust so if it rains there can be mud and the site now has a broadly open without shade and a with shade side. The older part is as good and the new just be aware the trees valued for shade do make for some unusual pitch shapes but again if you have unique needs speak to the staff before booking.our only gripes are that we feel while very good the pool size needs an increase and that occasionally drivers entering the new section drive too fast ( thinking of kiddies here).I hope to return this year and had taken an option to do so but alas Marvella have as yet not contacted me so I do have my fingers crossed rather. ( Directer please get in touch ! - super helpful guy - last year even ordered for me a new wing mirror after mine disappeared on the service stop before.I have high expectations and while no site is perfect I have not found one better for us than this so far. hopefully I will be back if the new owners confirm my booking .

We had a brilliant stay here late August to early September. You can see why it is a 5* campsite. Reception staff were lovely and really helpful. The team were really responsive to any issues. We stayed in a premium cottage with hot tub which was absolutely perfect and on such a picturesque peaceful part of the site. The whole site was respectively peaceful in the evening. The pool options and slides were great for kids , with a nice over 18 relaxing spa pool also available. The kids play areas were great. The bar and restaurant were also really good. Local area is beautiful with lots of interesting places to visit within a 30 minute drive. Perfect campsite to be honest !
