Latest reviews for SUNELIA LES 3 VALLÉES
We have visited many campsites in France and currently this is now top of our list. We love cycling so that helps. The campsite has great well serviced pitches, awesome shower blocks, wonderful pool, great staff who do so well with our rubbish french. Absolutely loved our stay and will hopefully be back in the future.
Lovely picturesque campsite which is situated in a very convenient location. There are lots of activities/play areas/swimming pools to keep children (and adults) entertained and the local town is easy accessed on foot (~15mins walk). The cabins are clean and well maintained and have a lovely outside decking area. All the staff are very friendly and continually work throughout to keep the site well maintained. It is a great destination for exploring the Pyrenees by bike straight from the campsite, there are multiple major Cols (Tourmalet, Hautacam, Soulor, d'Aubisque) within a short distance, several VTT routes and a flat old railway line for family rides.
OK first off grumpy lady on reception - we had arrived a bit early as check in was at 5pm but she did take our mobile to call us when ready. Went off to the large Carrefour supermarket just a short drive to stock up - it can easily be walked to via an old railway line track. We were texted when unit was ready. Town close by but a steady climb up but a good few shops\bars to look around or stop at. Site does not have a shop but does sell bread each morning or there is a local boulangerie just a few steps from the main entrance. A site very much for younger children not so much older teenagers. We were here for river rafting - Tom's rafting was very good. Also to do the Pic du Midi - mind do not take the route that takes you over the Col du Tourmalet have nerves - as that was a big scary mistake. Also the cable cars to the Pic du Midi are not for the faint hearted. Overall a good site - ended up in the foam party at the end of one evening. Nice pool complex but can be chilly as weather due to mountains is mixed. Amazing setting. Loved chilling floating round lazy river on a rubber ring...
Surrounded by beautiful mountains, this camping offers you one of the most encharming experiences you can live in the Pyrenees.
Excellent place! Visited this camping with family and friends in September of 2019 and I can't wait to repeat the experience this year again. Great place for kids. The pools area is spectacular. Very organized and very clean. Modern and clean bathrooms and shower areas. Recommended 100%.We repeated the experience this September and we don't regret! Great conditions, excellent aquatic areas!
