CAMPING CABALIROS

Fantastic location and great view. The toilet facilities are really nice and clean, as well as the very cozy bar/restaurant and little library area. 2km walk to the city. Would be a 5 star camping but, apart from the two very helpful young guys at the reception, we felt like “the foreigners”. I would also suggest to reserve an area for dogs, as it is not really nice to walk the dog on the main road.

Particularly nice family run campsite. Great clean facilities with a lovely communal space and super friendly owner. Great spaces for both tents and camper vans. Nicely spread out spaces with great views onto the mountains.

The location of this campsite couldn't be more stunning. The facilities are great. Pitches aren't level but that's to be expected in the middle of the mountains. Would have been 5 stars but we weren't made to feel very welcome, very much like the English outsiders. We arrived a little late after a long drive from Bilbao, had emails shortly after 8 threatening to cancel our booking. Booked as 2 families, making it clear we were together, but were given pitches at opposite ends of the site. When a pitch came avaliable next to us we asked if our friends could move but were told that absolutely was not an option which I didn't fully understand.

I think this is the most beautiful campsite in Cauterets! Nice spaces with a natural feeling and with some shade, Super friendly staff and easy access to the mountain sports in the area.

Lovely campsite surrounded by peaks and only a short drive from a few start points of amazing mountain hikes. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming 😊 Shower/toilet facilities are best you can get camping, very modern and clean. Despite being next to a road you don’t really notice it. Would stay again.
