Latest reviews for CAMPING LA TAMARISSIÈRE
The campsite is really nice. Perfect location near the beach and near the river. The sanitary facillities however are far below a decent level. Not clean, not separated male/female and not lit up during dark hours. It could with a little effort achieve four stars, but unfortunately not this time...
Location very close to the beach, absolutely lovely. Stayed in a glampingtent which was absolutely good and clean. It was a bummer that some of our stuff got stolen, 2 nights in a row. Including a part of our car. Mentioned it to the staff and asked for help, but they were to busy. Got told to 'google it' (for a garage) and they would let securty 'make an extra round'. Told us they would get back to us, but never heard anything again. Did not only not feel safe, but also felt like a nuissance. Not oud idea of a great holiday.Sidenote: we were lucky we had our private bathroom, the general bathroomfacilities at the campsite were absolutely filthy.
really nice beach and location but it was hard to get away from here without a car.the disco and the bar were very fun but the toilets were horrendous!! There was no toilet paper and all of the toilets were so disgusting that we weren’t able to use them. The doors to the beach closed at 11 pm which was annoying because you had to climb over. The staff was nice but very busy all the time.
We had the Panoramic Cottage and had a dog with us. We were completely satisfied. It was a super relaxing holiday. The view of the nature reserve was perfect and very quiet. When our dog got injured the reception helped immediately and called the vet straight away and even though they were already closed they helped us. Many thanks at this point again to the friendly woman at the front desk. That saved our vacation. We will definitely come back!
Arrived in our camper van to a poorly maintained site, dog poo and very long grass. The showers were cold. The staff were unhelpful, we set up and then found our electricity connection wasn’t working and rather than help we were told to move, which was really inconvenient as we were pretty tired after a long drive.Nice location and very close to the beach but camping plots are very close together which gives the place a sardine feel.No pool. Reasonably quiet, in between the bouts of drills and saws of the workmen. I think they were setting up the bar area for the high season, fair enough! Local bars and shops within walking distance. Not the best but not the worst.
