CAMPING FONDESPIERRE

We had a very friendly welcome and efficient check-in and were allowed to choose a pitch. The electricity wasn't working but, within 15 minutes of reporting it, a guy had been and fixed it. It went off again about two hours later and so we had no electricity through the night. I now know this was because it tripped our main fuse in the van, I suspect on account of the site electric having reverse polarity. The showers were lukewarm at best and the light went off leaving us in pitch black.

Great camping with privacy. We also got a warm welcome. It wasn't that busy and were allowed to search for our ow place which is great because we were able to find a private space at the back. Also toilets and showers and such are great.Can't complain!

Nice quiet campsite, friendly staff, good pitches, nice walks in the nearby surroundings (aquaduct).

The campsite is gorgeous in the middle of the Fondespierre Natural Domain.Arnaud & Delphine and their kids will be happy to host you and welcome you.If you’re looking for a comfy stay you’ll be able to rent a mobil home, but you can camp with your tent or rent one theirs. Many options.It’s a 3 stars camping, and it’s very family friendly and kids friendly.You’ll find two pools and a hot tub. In the center of the village you’ll be able to get some supplies at their grocery store. During the summer holidays a snack that offers pizzas, burgers and such will be open and you’ll be able to have a drink at the snack area.During the day your kids will be taking care of if you wanna let them at the activities offered.Trampolines and sports area are available.If you love to walk you’ll be able to do so in the big natural domain right outside the site.Also tennis courts are available to rent.Between Montpellier and Nîmes, it is a great place to stay. The closest town is Castries and you’ll find every stores you need.Come and enjoy your time.
