Overall we had a nice stay here. The caravans are clean, well equipped and maintained well by friendly staff. However, if you’re a vegetarian or have travellers with allergies, your food and drink options will be very limited and you’ll need to be extra careful.

This was the first time visiting this site and we were really surprised how clean and pretty it was. The caravan was clean, the pool area really high end and the beach was beautiful. It is situated at the far end of the strip so you will need a bike if you want to go further. We just used the closest facilities which were adequate. Including a brilliant karaoke bar on the strip.Onsite supermarket a bit limited but we managed ok.Five stars from me!

My family and I recently spent a week in a so-called "premium" 5-star bungalow at Dune des Sables in Beach Garden - Les Méditerranées. Unfortunately, the experience was far from premium. Here's what we endured:What we liked:- The location and beach are beautiful and family-friendly.- The staff members were very friendly and helpful.- The activities and evening shows were entertaining. What we hated:Appalling Bungalow Quality!- Broken Doors: The doors to the bedroom and bathroom didn't even close properly, leaving us with zero privacy. This is completely unacceptable for a place marketed as luxurious.- Faulty Dishwasher: The dishwasher barely cleaned anything, leaving our dishes spotted and unclean.Dangerous Glassware: Some of the glasses were cracked, posing a serious risk, especially with children around.- Cheap Furniture: The furniture was of the lowest possible quality. The bed frames, made of flimsy plastic, actually broke one evening, resulting in my daughter having a terrible night. The clothes drying rack was another joke, collapsing under the slightest weight.Basic Services at an Extra Cost:- Expensive Wi-Fi: If you want to stay connected in your bungalow, be prepared to pay over 40 EUR per week, for a pathetic 30 minutes of free access per day. Ridiculous in this day and age.- Baby Chair/Bed: They had the nerve to charge us over 25 EUR per week for a baby chair. Most places provide these amenities free of charge, but not here. The Checkout Nightmare:- Unfair Charges: Despite a 70 EUR cleaning service being included, they claimed the bungalow wasn't clean enough and took an extra 120 EUR from our deposit. They even sent pictures of dirty dishes (thanks to their awful dishwasher) and dirt in the rubbish bin as "evidence."- Hidden Requirements: Nowhere did it state we needed to clean before leaving. Charging us nearly double the cleaning fee is outrageous.- No Response: When I emailed them to dispute this unfair charge, they didn’t even bother to reply. Absolutely infuriating! In summary, we paid 400 EUR per night expecting 5-star luxury but received the quality of a run-down 2-star establishment, followed by an unfair hassle upon leaving.Save yourself the disappointment and stay elsewhere!
