CAMPING LA PLAGE

Really nice camping directly at the beach. Good places for tent and caravan, although you might need some help with the latter as the roads in the camping are a bit narrow - but they gladly help you with that. We went there in May, and at that time it was quiet and very clean. Sanitary was very well cleaned every day. There is a nice restaurant directly at the camping and the village is just 2 minutes walking away.

As cycle tourists we had a great stay at this gem of a campsite. A very hospitable welcome, we could choose our pitch from the ones available. (We hadn't booked in advance and turned up on the day. If you arrive high season I'm sure you'd need to book ahead). Great pitches with plenty of space and privacy. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The shower/washing blocks were excellent and impeccably clean. The best thing about the campsite is the direct access onto a beautiful stretch of beach which never got too crowded. A highly reccomended campsite and we will be back. I almost hesitated to review this so it doesn't get too popular!

Friendly enough staff, clean facilities and big enough pitches. Also right on the sandy beach with direct access. On arrival the woman at the reception spoke at least 4 languages!That being said, it’s noisy at night as it’s right next to a street with bars and restaurants. It was also very windy when we were there, which is unavoidable, but it made it near impossible to sit out and cook. And when we checked out no English was spoken at the front desk.It’s a good location if you like the beach and nightlife. If you are after something more calm, like us, this is not for you.

Really nice camping area, very close to the sea (50m), very friendly owners . Clean and nice mobile homes. Only downside it's a bit noisy at night, but expected as it is central between beach and city and other places with animation.

We arrived 1st October to find that the campsite was packed. It’s easy to see why. A lovely, friendly, reasonably priced site ... with its own gate onto the beach. It also has a terrific restaurant, overlooking the sea. At this time of the year the surrounding area is like a ghost town but you’ll find little need to leave this super little campsite.
