FERME LES THÉRONDELS

We camped here for a couple of nights, it is on a farm in a valley down from the main road. We had a good couple of days here of relative quiet, there’s a pool, electricity is available and apart from occasional traffic on the road which you can hardly hear, unless it’s a motorbike race it was very quiet. There are animals on the farm and the Dutch owners encourage you to walk round and visit. I recommend it if you want to get away from noisy sites.In summary, it’s off grid, there’s electricity on the pitches, theres warm showers and toilets, there’s a fridge and a washing machine in the toilets, and a clean swimming pool.

Calm and relaxing place! By far the nicest campsite we’ve been to in France. We were welcomed warmly by the Dutch family and had a tasty home cooked dinner in the evening. There is lots of space, simple but clean sanitary facilities and a spot right next to the forest! We were happy to meet the farm animals and friendly dogs! Enjoy the stars and amazing baked goods! We stayed a second night!

Lovely campsite in the wooded hills. Lots of wildlife to hear and see. My dog made good friends with all and sundry :-). Lovely people who live on the farm/campsite who were very helpful and engaging.

Very quiet rural campsite, friendly owner and lovely little bar. It was misty and raining but that only added to the atmosphere. If you want peace and quiet and simple camping then come here
