Great place directly at a large + beautiful beach. Parking spots are clean and big. Infrastructure with own supermarket, bakery, shops, restaurants etc. is impressive. The sanitary stations are very modern, clever designed, clean and cozy. Wifi is working perfectly around the whole campus and a lot of extra services are provided. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. On the last day the manager was checking by at our pitch, asked for our satisfaction and wished a warm goodbye. Perfect service and price performance ratio. Will come back definitely!

I had previously rated the site 5 stars. However this year the entertainment team had changed and so did the entertainment which in a opinion of our whole family (6 of us ages from 8 to 55) was a lot worse. It was like they kept filling out the play with pole dancing and hip hop/Street dance. It was all the same in all the plays except when the entertainment came from an outside company. Also during the day there would be music and the dance by the pool for everyone with the previous entertainment team, this year there was nothing except when they brought the mini club to the pool and had around 3 tunes for them to dance. Not to mention that the old team were well known amongst the children and the adults, they were friendly and warm towards all whereas this team don't seem to be... maybe not just yet. Please Village Le Serignan Plage bring back the old team 🙏🏽

Headline: Good swimming pool, but overall quite dangerous for childrenStayed for a week, booked via allcamps/alfresco/eurocamps/roan or whatever they called themselves nowadays. The good: nice swimming pool, complete with awesome slides, as well as an area for smaller children. Well maintained and although crowded, you can always get a spot. The children animation team is great, with lots of different activities. Just hoped it’s 3h slots instead of 2h (in 2h you cant really do something else before having to rush back to pick them up). Kids team spoke French, English, Dutch, and Germans. Thumbs up!The bad: Very large, too large campsite. With small children it took 10-15 mins biking from where we are (at the end) to the centre of camp (bakery/ swimming pool/ etc). It was also 15 mins biking to the beach. 15 mins biking to the main entrance. Just too big and the placement of our mobilehome is just all the way to the end. So beware if you book with alfresco. It is also very crowded. The ugly: It is not safe for (small) children to roam around. The layout of the camping make it so that you have to bike everywhere. However, most roads are also for cars and golfcarts used by the staffs. This is just dangerous. Some areas towards the back are also not lit. Cars were driving too fast, and the 10kmh limit is not enforced! How could they enforce it while their own staffs driving the golfcarts like a maniac. Overall not child-friendly. The area near swimming pool/ bike rent is especially dangerous as people park their bike on the road so people walk and bike on narrow 1m wide leftover patch. It is also quite expensive (food, supermarket) and internet wifi is useless (paid for it but it never really worked). Overall definitely not worth 5 stars.

Lovely place and to be fair the service was good but please note the following when booking,The Mobile had no kettle, no toaster, no oven, no BBQ, no Aircon, to be fair the Mobile was terrible throughout. The place is full of Mosquitoes. Millions of them. This place could really do with spraying their area for this pest as they are left unchallenged. The toilets/shower area's on the park are filthy and this is a heaven for this pest. They really need to up the cleaning in this park as for now I wouldn't return.

The premises and accommodation are very nice (it was our 2nd time there, we’re repeaters) but I can only give 3 stars for 2 reasons:first, as there’s very little phone signal out there, we bought the wifi package for the week, but it simply DID NOT WORK. It was absolutely useless. We complained at reception and they politely told us they already knew (“the network is busy these days”) and they weren’t going to do anything about it or give us any money back. When they sell you something that they know doesn’t work, there’s a name for that.Second, the prices inside the campsite are outrageous. I understand that they take advantage of the lack of competition but 4€ for a bottle of water is a bit abusive.Other than that, the boys loved the beach and the pools and slides, and cycling everywhere and playing with their neighbors.
