Could have been so much better. Arrived to find that the sheets and towels we ordered hadn't arrived, and got a shrug from a receptionist while he told me there was nothing he could do as they'd run out. Didn't care that we'd paid and reserved them in advance. Just shrugged. Thankfully security were able to give us some sheets and delivered some wet towels (!) which was better than nothing..Meal on the first night at the Hacienda was awful. Service painfully slow - had to keep getting their attention to ask where our food was. Meal finally arrived with half the bits missing. Two and a half hours from start to finish for some rice and a few bits of beef.Shuttles don't run often enough, are often full and so just drive past. In the heat it's not a pleasant walk, especially with children - no footpaths so all on the main road through the site, dodging cars, golf buggies, bikes and electric scooters...On the plus side, the pools are nice, the accommodation comfortable (if very cosy - try making a bed with two inches to spare around the bed.. Maybe we were better off without the sheets 😂 having to get dressed in the living area fun for all the family though...), location is fab (beach on your doorstep), bar and evening entertainment is enjoyable. Also, the staff in the security booth are fab and so helpful. On the other hand, no idea what the people on reception do - every single query, they direct people to security (with a look that suggests you should know not to bother them).

✍️Comments from personal Experience, Good Camping place with Beautiful & Clean beaches . Daily Activities could’ve betterPlease consider the following 👍Bring your own Sports equipment Petangue, Table Tennis etc most have been lost through dishonest clients😒Electric Scooters are being driven by kids at high speeds around. A menace No parental supervision and accident waiting to happen 🙁 , Motorised Transport should have a speed limit and Supervised 😦, Take care of your little ones.Irresponsible pet owners are still letting their dogs litter(Excrement) around the campsite, 😔Pool and Jacuzzi- is not particularly warm considering winds can be strong bring warm covers to keep warm, It would nice to increase the Jacuzzi temperature 🥶.All sorts of transport , Hold your child close to you , not enough dedicated footpaths to walk around busy areas 🤞

What an experience and I mean that absolutely NOT in a positive way!We had chosen a glamping tent, which was without a bathroom. My best friend and I did not mind, as we often go to campsites with shared toilets and bathrooms. What I did mind was that there was no separate area for us from the glamping and those who went to the beach. There were only 8 showers and they were always full of sand. The water was freezing cold all week. Several complaints from different residents and after a week the water was boiling hot, so you still could not shower properly. It was really just not okay!!!There was also a whole colony of ants in the walls of the toilets. The little critters just crawled over you while you were going to the toilet. As there is no other place to go, we were always forced to go to this dirty place. There is also no dustbin for the women who have their monthly needs. You had to go to the showers, use the bins outside or go to the men's toilets...The swimming pools close at 7pm, after which it would be safe to swim in the sea. However, there is no lifeguard available there. People are sometimes stuck in the sea for an hour before they can get help from ambulances and then they are surprised that so many people barely survive! The location and the animators were very nice and nice, but that doesn't really outweigh the bad service we received and the dirty campsite... There were even mice and rats in our cabin!!!We complained about this several times, but nothing ever happened! If I were you to consider taking this campsite?I SINCERELY ADVISE AGAINST IT!

Lovely location as the site is right next to the beach which is clean and easily accessible. Facilities in September are limited and distances between facilities are long. Free transport between accommodation and pool for example only available in July and August, otherwise a very long walk. In my opinion the site is far too big.

I gave one star because there is no less! We were camping at Tohapi Sete in August 2019. Number of our bungalow was D 088. And believe it or not, we were placed next to the discotheque that none of the camping brochures mentioned it. When we made the reservation we were foolish not to get insurance, but we never believed that any sick brain can choose for a family with two 4 years old children mobile house next to discotheque for a two-weeks stay! After couple of complains we realised that we were accommodated there precisely because of the lack of insurance! After our desire to leave this modern prison, the arrogant staff told us to go and guess what without our money back! I never believed there would be a place I wanted to leave so much! Can anyone imagine being forced to get involved in disco program against his will every night?!!Certainly a money-making machine, but not a family friendly place! The beach is good, but I have seen better! There is certainly something to see and do in SETE!!!
