CAMPING LA RIVIÈRE

What a find, just the most perfect setting on the river. The staff are friendly and helpful, with nothing too much trouble. We have a generous pitch (35) with plenty of shade and reasonably flat. We have enjoyed walking up the river footpath and floating back down to the little pebble beach. The shallow water is ideal for children to play in and adults to take the plunge. The pool is modern and a decent size, the facilities well maintained and clean. There are no wasps, few flies and no mosquitos to bother us. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Recently visited with family (2 young children). Beautiful scenery and easy access to the river. Staff are friendly and helpful. Campsite itself is fine but have recently visited another 3 star site which is noticeably cleaner and does not have regular powercuts during the evening! Frequent queing for toilets and showers (which are in need of some TLC as rather unpleasant smelling) can be a bit of a pain and pool is often crowded..but when you have beautiful river to swim in it doesn't really matter! We enjoyed our stay but wouldn't rush back next year.

Beautiful location. Had generous pitch by river bank. Friendly staff. Small niggles where lack of water points, smelly shower blocks and interesting water temperatures at busy times. Shower blocks a bit tired. DJ Fred on Thursday was unbelievable! Our whole van was vibrating until after midnight and pretty sure every village in the vicinity was also joining in! This entertainment seemed to be at odds with the peaceful family campsite. Although many young people enjoying it. Also despite an apparently strict noise curfew there was a large group of very boisterous young men making noise very late on another evening. However we would certainly return to this site as the access to the water was brilliant and it is in a very rural location.

it was such a great place^^~many kind of house, camping car all have here.also river was great~ you can dogs with swimming and after used shower in bathroom^^/ also here family all kindly and friendly ^^~and close cities have good many place.amusement park, old red bricks villagecolen la rouge it's famous beautiful place!.and close Rocamanur!really had a good time here.peaceful and quietly place^^

Awesome campsite. Really fun, staff so friendly. Great band on Monday night. Food is really good. Loved it. Location amazing close to so much natural beauty. Thank you and see you again!
