Excellent restuarant and location for a great value and quality meal, the owners are fantastic and welcoming and if your French like mine is poor will happily welcome you and help you with the menu and drinks etc, I cannot recommend them and the venue enough and we always eat here when visiting my mother. If you are close then stop here for a meal and a drink, you won't be disappointed.
Excellent camping with nice activities and good restaurant. We stayed in the VIP lodge ( Safari tent), which was nice and spacious and had very good beds. Too bad there are not more safari tents at your campsite than there are now. Our kids enjoyed the small scale campsite and kids entertainment and were sad to leave. More a comment in general is that it would be nice if the restaurant offers some options for people with gluten or lactose allergies.
We visited this campsite for 10 nights with the family with our tent trailer. This is one of the best campings I've visited. There are challets, safari tents you can rent and nice large pitches. The last we used for our tent trailer. The pitches are big enough for medium to large tent or caravan and then you can still park your car on the pitch. There are two parts of the camping one where the pitches have a lot of shade and one with a lot of sun.The pool is nice with a slide. If the camping is fully booked it could be a little crouded. The sanitary blocks are clean and the warm water is hot. Really hot.The restaurant on the campsite is nice and cosy. The food is good and if you like a beer there are enough different beers to choose from. The owners are alway on the campsite working hard to please their guests.Eva who is most of the time at the reception speaks really good English. All in all I had a really good stay at this cosey personal campsiteThanks Eva and Johnathan and kids for the pleasant stay.
Good value for money. Especially suited for families with children of ages up to 12, I think older children will be bored soon. Small camping with lots of short stayers, people staying for 3-7 days and then moving on. The campsite is clean, places are clearly marked and where possible separated by trees and/or bushes. Lots of shade. Although it is situated next to a road, it's a pretty quiet and peacefull camping. Apparently it switched owners recently, and it's clear the new owner invested in some new stuff like a trampoline, kid playhouse, and so forth. The restaurant is not really noteworthy. Although the food is edible, it's not really tastefull or special. Pretty tasteless pizza's.Then again, what do you expect from a camping. The pool is clean, the slides very nice, and it's in no way overcrowded. Enough chairs including some new comfortable beds.Friendly personell, I'd especially like to mention Bram and his friend (who's name I never got), they really have fun doing what they do, and it shows. Our children loved their entertainment. The showers are connected wrong and they should up the water pressure for them a bit. Temperature controls do not work at all, but the temperature itself is fine. Showers are roomy and clean. Toilets are clean and there's free paper. It's not a 5-star super luxury resort, but more a simple family camping, and is priced accordingly. It's real value for money.Biggest downside is the lack of any real things to do in the vicinity. Supermarkets like Leclerc and Carrefour are closeby enough (Cahors), there are a couple of nice swimming lakes, and ofcourse the french mountain landside, but that's about it.All in all we had a nice holiday there and our kids loved it. I'd recommend this to anyone with young kids, without reservations.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Owner unplugged our electricity without our consent. He kept on coming onto our pitch and invading our privacy saying we had to move pitches when he was the one who plugged us into a specific electrical socket in the first place. He was extremely rude to us and would not leave us alone. Absolutely unacceptable - would give it zero stars if I could.
