Latest reviews for CAMPING LE CLOS BOUYSSAC
We’ve enjoyed such a relaxing and romantic holiday at Camping ale Clos Bouyssac. Everyone has been exceptionally friendly and everything we asked for has been possible. The safari tents are beautiful, clean, luxurious and private. We’ve never experienced better service at any other camping. There’s a beautiful large pool, table tennis, pool biljart table and kayaking facilities. It’s great to explore the surroundings from the water. The camping has a small coffee bar to start your day with a beautiful cappuccino while you collect your fresh bread. And a few days a week you can enjoy a nice meal at the camping restaurant. For sure a campsite to recommend!
For us, this site is perfect and we can't find better !!The peaceful pitches, on the side of the River Lot, are spacious, level, but gently sloping down to the river. There's plenty of shade and water and electricity are to hand. The facilities are immaculate and include gilt framed mirrors and chandeliers. The bar is lovely and we had a great meal cooked by Tessa, "en terrace". The pool looked great. The site is owned and run by a delightful Dutch family who live on site, speak perfect English and do everything to help you enjoy your visit. So to Rosalie, Rutger and Tessa, Walter and Emilie, not forgetting Nova the dog and newcomer, Luna the kitten, thank you so much and we look forward to our next visit.
I rarely write reviews, but this campsite needs one. Such a charming, relaxed atmosphere, beautiful, peaceful location and brilliant facilities. We loved our stay here - thank you for having us!
Lovely campsite situated on the banks of the river Lot. The Dutch owners were lovely and we shared an excellent “plat de jour” meal with their family and other guests one evening. Facilities are first class. Such a relaxing stay here as we watched the Kingfishers, herons and swallows pass by us up and down the river. Highly recommend this place, hope to come back next year.
The beautiful people that run this campsite couldn't be nicer. I stayed here 5 years ago and helped prepare the campsite for summer. Over 5 weeks of staying here, waking up on the Riverside, making French toast for breakfast, riding to town for a baguette in the French vineyards, and working by the pool. I loved this campsite, the people that worked there, and the Friday night poker games at the local bar.
