CAMPING LE SITE DE CASTELBOUC

Superb location. Lovely flat pitches. Pristine toilet and shower facilities. Huge wash area. Fresh bakery delivery every morning. Campsite shop with essentials and local produce, including local wine which is divine ! Owners and staff very welcoming and helpful. We will return soon !

Perfect camping to hang out on and enjoy the surroundings. Nothing particularly special or noteworthy except for the amazing swimming you can do in the Tarn river, less then 50m from the pitches.Pitches are nice and big and have good shading. Not that much privacy though.Bread service is available. Sanitary facilities are average (the showers were really scolding hot, which is either a plus or negative depending on your skin’s heat resistance).Lots of cars racing over the main camping street too which might not be fantastic if you have kids.

Lovely campsite that had easy access to the river and canoeing!Idyllic setting with spectacular views!The campsite is basic but functional although I would like the toilets to all have toilet seats and the WiFi is non existent unless you are sitting by the reception area...Aspiring musicians beware because we were told not to play acoustic guitar by the owner at 9.30am the morning yet shouting by others who were playing ping pong nearby was perfectly acceptable which I found rather ironic!Also seems to be more of a stop thru campsite with a high turnover rate.

Wonderful camping with excellent washrooms, beautiful location and magnificent views. Only be aware that the road through the camping goes further to the next campsite and pizza place so you have cars going through. Better pick a place away from the road.
