Latest reviews for YELLOH! VILLAGE LE PRÉ CATALAN
The site is nice but the walk to the beach is an adventure in itself. The tap on our pitch was jammed closed so we had to take water from another pitch. The pool area and bar etc are very nice although if ladies are not allowed to bathe topless then put some signs up to say so. A very nice site overall, family owned and run without being too big.My only other criticism is the selfish people put towels on the sun loungers and then are no where to be seen for six hours despite signs at the pool entry points. The site should adopt a policy of towels left on loungers for more than an hour are removed.
We did a 1-week vacation at the Pre Catalan and enjoyed it in general. Everybody was very friendly and there was some nice animation for the kids. Unfortunately it was super loud. Not from the camping spot itself, but depending on the wind there was either the neighbor camping spot or the rollercoaster park that was playing horrible music every night until midnight.
Pool area was good and campsite was clean. However, loud music every night from neighbouring campsites beyond midnight spoiled the holiday. Cramped together pitches. Plagued by mosquitoes. No indoor space available during the day even when my son was sick. Very limited food menu and poorly made cocktails.
Comfortable and cosy campsite with super friendly staff. Close to Barcarès. The campsite is really nice if you are looking for a more quiet holiday to discover the Catalan coast. Animation and evening program is ok, with enthusiastic crew. Pool area not super big but fun for especially young kids. If you are looking for high class entertainment with teens I would go for a bigger Yelloh campsite but if you like to enjoy some French wine in front of your caravan, in a nice ambiance, an occasional swim, stroll to the beach and a karaoke evening: this is the place to go.
Lovely site. Well maintained and clean. Pitches not too close together, felt very safe for children. Noise from neighbouring site entertainment on an evening but it was quiet after midnight.
