Precious! We spent some great April days here. It is not quite a campsite, it would be more of a natural space with bungalows. Everything very clean and cared for, the owners very friendly. In beautiful surroundings!! The bungalow is clean and usually equipped. We had it right next to the river, with some meadows in front. I recommend 100%. My children very happy. We will be back!
It was amazing, we made the reservation two days in advance and everything was perfect. We had doubts and we asked them and we immediately had the answer. A perfect place if you want to sleep close to the slopes, Portè-Puymorens is 20 minutes by car and there is never a caravan, perfect place to stay and spend a weekend in the snow! One of the very good things is that we arrived late and they were waiting for us to check-in, no problem, on the contrary, always willing to solve doubts or problems, very good service!
We have been climbing every summer with friends for 4 years, and we will continue to do so as long as we can. Incredible place, unbeatable environment and very close and familiar management. If you're looking to wake up early in the morning with the feeling of being in a book landscape, this is your place. Thank you very much for the facilities received each year Nathalie. See you soon!
Quiet campsite, where we spent 3 nights, we must bear in mind that they charge separately for electricity 0.25 Euro per KW during the day and 0.17 Euros at night, and as everything is electric (Heating, kitchen, water hot, lights) in the end I was able to climb quite a bit. I would have liked to know in advance, but it doesn't appear on the website, and I didn't realize until the reservation was finished that they sent me a document with this information.Another issue is with dogs, there is almost no place where they can go, either you leave the campsite or inside the campsite there are areas where you can't even go with the dog on a leash. In general we were good but we are not going to return, and I hope that the website clearly puts the information about the electricity, because there are people who go just on budget and then find that they have to add the cost of electricity.
A spectacular place to enjoy a few days of family vacation, good location, good views, the house is well equipped, good heating temperature and hot water for a very good shower, however, there are two buts that condition the visit so much that possibly Do not repeat again and they lead me to not recommend the place at all. The first but are the beds and the pillows, quite uncomfortable, the pillows are square cushions and the normal pillowcases we have are not worth it. The mattress is very thin and very uncomfortable, after sleeping for a week I ended up with a broken back. The second but and the most important, the one that leads me to write this review is the attention of the staff that manages the campsite, the worst I have seen in my life, it can make your stay bitter, they don't make things any easier for you, They have certain rules that border on the absurd, we were in chalet 42 on New Year's Eve without WiFi for a whole week, according to them it had just broken, but I highly doubt that, plus in a week they were not able to fix it and they didn't even have a detail with us, what's more, when I left the campsite they accused me of having run over a cat, which without seeing me they were sure it had been me, at night, when I had not moved the car since noon, even so I claimed It was me, of course I didn't run over any cats, what they should do is take more care and provide more means so that the cats are better, since they neither take care of them nor pay attention to them.My summary of the stay is of a very good place but because of owners like that I will not return and I will try to get as few people as possible to go, I hope that my review helps you, and if you go, you will tell me how it is with the staff. .. luck!!!I edit below so I can respond to the campsite. This is what I mean by the attention of the owners, everyone can see what their treatment is like. I'm not going to get into any more controversy because I'm so indifferent to your opinion, definitely a site NOT recommended. Thank you!!!
