CAMPING DEL BOSC

My wife and I stayed on this lovely spacious site in our campervan for three nights. It was the best site of our two week break. Very friendly owner - great space to camp, and toilets and showers were excellent. We also really enjoyed the indoor pool as weather was still chilly.

Ten stars for this wonderful campground!! We recently stayed 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The location is beautiful, the owners Franc and Isabell are really nice and helpful, pitches are large and shaded with trees, and the covered pool is awesome! It is a relatively short walk to town and the start of the trail to the waterfalls, and there is a bus stop 100 meters away to catch a bus (1 euro) to the historic town of Villfrenche, where there is a very cool fortress, ramparts, and an awesome cave system next to the town. I would definitely return to this campground- one of the nicest we've stayed at.

We had a 6 day camping stay at this wonderful campsite (July 2020) Extremely clean and managed very well with the Covid Virus. Hand soap supplied. The communal areas kept immaculate. The pool area also well maintained with plenty of sun loungers. Great areas for children to play. Owners very welcoming and helpful. We would certainly recommend this campsite which is just a 10 min walk from Vernet les Bains centre. Nice, family campsite.We enjoyed our stay!However, 3 areas of improvement would need to be worked on to be perfect:Remove the timer in the bathroom: it's very unpleasant to find yourself in the dark in the middle of your shower, with no one to press the button...Add water points to the campsite, which is sorely lacking.Add a small restaurant: just a few pizzas would be very nice.
