Latest reviews for CAMPING LE CLOS LALANDE
Beautiful little campsite that shows just how much love was put into it by the owners. Lovely landscaping and planting, pick nick tables on the pitches. Super pool area open until late in the evening and good sanitary facilities. Would definitely visit again and stay longer.
Fantastic site and owners. We had a very relaxing stay at Clos Lalande. We couldn’t fault it,the pitches are a good size with shade and the facilities are spotless. The swimming pool area was very nice and we loved all the murals around the site. Nothing was to much trouble for Chloe, she is very friendly and always available with a smile to help and to offer advise on places to visit. Plenty do in the area lots of cycling and walking. The wild flower garden was beautiful and we enjoyed walking through it and watching the butterflies. We can’t wait to visit again next year.
Really fun camping. Laid back atmosphere. Had an excellent holiday here.A lot of amenities: swimming pool, playground, bar with option to get food (not always open), a little store for last-minute purchases, some animals, pleasant access to the river and the town. Absolutely excellent for kids.Owners are really friendly and welcoming.Location is really good as well, in between a pretty quiet road, farm fields and a river. 10 minute walk from a quaint quiet village with a supermarket, bakery, butcher, bar tabac, post office and some restaurants. The hebergements / cabins they have are good too. Slightly older, but well furnished, and cosy. Sitting on the terrace with the cool evening air hearing the crickets was amazingly relaxing. The camping has a really practical app that shows you the highlights of what you can do in the neighbourhood.
We visited the site last year (July /August ) for the first time . Our group included ourselves (2) , our son and family (4), and our daughter. We occupied three adjacent pitches for a period of nearly three weeks, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hosts Chloe /Nicholas run a lovely site, are hardworking and make you feel most welcoming. We are currently planning a return visit for September, not having previously returned to the same campsite during our previous annual visits abroad. Highly recommended.
Cosy, friendly, very French, small campsite near the beautiful Gorges d’Aveyron. Very neat and clean with friendly hostess (speaks English) and host. Childfriendly: toys, swimming pool, trampoline. Bread service (brought to your pitch!!), small restaurant. During my stay some guests showed how petanque should be played. This is how a campsite should be run!
