CAMPING LA FARIGOULETTE

Very nice campsite. Places are quite big, good shop, lavender fields close by, the only drawback is the entertainment. Mostly only in French, very loud and till late at night.

We stayed here at the end of September until the site closed October 2nd. The site is beautiful with great parking for motorhomes. We were lucky enough to get a pitch with a view of the lake. Very quiet and the end of the season which was great for us. The restaurant was still open as was the pool and all facilities. The swimming pool is lovely. Toilet/shower facilities were cleaned daily. Great access to the lake for water sports although the water level in the lake can vary making access challenging when it’s low. I can imagine it’s very, very busy at the height of the season as it is a huge site combining lodges, camping and motorhomes.

We live close to the playground and the stage, in End June and beginning of July, they play loud disco music and Quiz from 21:00 to 23:00 nearly everyday, which made it nearly not possible for kids to fall asleep, nevertheless to mention baby. My baby usually sleeps at 19:00 but at that time, he slept at 22:00 with crying the whole time.Plus: in End June, the bathing tab for baby has no WARM water…..Staff are friendly. My son fell down on the ground of the restaurant, the waiter gave us disinfect spay and medical band immediately which is very nice!The camping place covers nearly every thing we need, we could buy nice bread and food in the small shop.We could rent an electric boot directly at the beach and the service is great! No problem at all with speaking English.We also used the climbing program for our 5 years’ old, he loved it! It costs only 10€ and you can choose two different ways for unlimited time.The playground is great! My kid enjoyed a lot playing with other kids.

Direct access to lake Great location, good facilities that are well maintained. We had a great weekend! Really enjoyed being able to rent a kayak at very reasonable rates right from the campsite. We have stayed in quite a few camp sites in France, and this was our favourite.The only complaint is that we asked for a camping pitch as private as possible, but when we arrived, we had been allocated a spot right next to a camper van which was very noisy, when there were plenty of other spaces available.

Unbelievable!!!! Paradise on earth..! We go again. See u in 2 days.
