Location is pretty much perfect but that's where the positives end,the site overall is very neglected and in desperate need of attention. The sanitary facilities are an absolute joke, see photos, felt dirtier coming out the showers than going in, without being disrespectful we called the shower block Auschwitz as that's what it reminded us of,was meant to be staying 5 nights but left early as we couldn't stand it any longer,if your self sufficient then the site will pass for you but if not I highly recommend you stay well clear, how anyone can recommend this site is beyond me,I rely on reviews when booking sites and feel like I've been hoodwinked by stupid people who find these conditions acceptable, the owners really need to have a look at what they are offering because at the moment it's nothing but filth,I make no apologies for telling the truth. The site has responded in minutes to my review claiming it's rustic charm,NO ITS NOT,it's called not investing in your establishment, and yeah customers may have broken the urinals but how long have they been like that,it would take me a couple of hours to fix,the cleaning of toilets takes more effort than chucking a hose pipe at them, not one warm shower in 4 days, have you any idea how dirty that makes you feel in 30 degree heat, like I've said if that's what people accept then in my opinion they are stupid,I for one will not be returning and would advise people to look elsewhere when in the area.

The location of the campsite is very good. Close to the beach, station towards Nice and supermarkets. The beach is really pretty. We didn’t see and cleaning of the facilities during our stay for four nights. Not even in the bathrooms or toilettes. There wasn’t any hand soap and there wasn’t any lights in the toilettes which made it really hard to see during the night. The campsite is big and beautiful but the facilities seem old. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you use tent since you have to rely on the public toilettes and bathrooms on the site.

Pleasant campground, convenient to town amenities (grocery, train station) yet quiet. Shady spots and clean facilities. Great for cycling and taking the train for exploring the coast. Friendly, English-speaking receptionist.

We approached our stay at this campsite with trepidation after reading comments about concentration camps and people being stupid for accepting the state of the campsite, so much so that we wondered if we should cancel our stay. For sure the showers and toilets are dated but like many other 3 star sites they are clean and well maintained. We saw numerous cleans of the amenities all of which were working including staff hosing down the roadways of leaves and debris, the location is good for train into Nice/Monaco and local beach is 5 minutes walk and dog friendly, local marina has many decent restaurants and bars overlooking the marina, a 10 minute cycle into Antibes along the coastal path is also recommended.Local supermarkets are within walking distance and for this part of the world it’s a fairly standard site. Pitches are of a good size and electricity worked fine and generally the site is quiet and everyone gone to bed by 1030pm. There is a free hoover and tyre pressure machine at the exit for cleaning motorhome on departure. It’s a dated campsite in an expensive part of France but clean and everything works as it should including washing machines etc. I wouldn’t be put off staying here by certain previous comments and it’s not 5 star but that’s not what they claim…..it’s certainly not a concentration camp (a frankly ridiculous comment) and I can confirm I am not stupid so hopefully my comments help when considering staying here. Yep it’s a 3 star campsite.

A site in a residential and commercial area which doesn't feel that way when you are in it!Pitches are of varying size and shape and ease of access. Ours was a bit tricky to manoeuvre into but a reasonable size and had water and drainage. Good toilets and showers which were regularly cleaned. Staff are friendly and helpful. Site is 5 minutes from the beach and the railway station (easy to access Nice). There are supermarkets and places to eat within walking distance. It is a decent place to stay to be near Nice, we were there for Rugby World Cup games.
