CAMPING LA CHAPELETTE

Camp in the shade, but.... the owners are unfriendly, they don't want to understand and speak English, and the worst thing is that it's 34 degrees, the water in the showers is only very hot, there's no cold water, you simply can't take a shower, even in the evening there's no cold water . We do not recommend this campsite.

Do not visit this place! READ OTHER COMMENTS! The campsite’s website invites you to a relaxing and fun holiday with your family. However, the owner actually does not care about their customers and doesn’t even try to speak English. Apparently, there was a party planned during our stay, and a poster informed us about it at the entrance, of course in French language. The campsite’s Facebook page informs about a party, but not on that exact date. In the end, we were screamed at and told that we have no right to be angry, as they have the right to have parties on their property as long as they want! The attitude of the owner was just incredible. First night i thought that the motorway was to close and to loud, but i was terribly wrong!

Visited the camping the second time after 8 years. Atmosphere is top, friendly hosts, small bar/resto to have a snack or a pizza. Swimming pool is also nice, although we were attacked by a million mosquitoes. So mind taking a place under the trees and bushes.

AVOID!!! The managment is terrible, specially the lady, she is shouting at guests, picking up on every move, keep driving around in electric vechicle to check who does what. Do NOT go there. Place is surounded by the motorway and train track,at the resort you will struggle to talk to each other in the normal way as there is a milions of cigales in the trees making horribly loud noise.STAY AWAY!!!

Only stayed here for one night but lovely little spot right next to a little stream. Only feedback would be for some hooks in the showers and toilets. Merci beaucoup! / Thank you for having us!
